Yes I too think Aahil would have scolded Sanam in support if Tanveer ..But later he'll feel bad for Sanam and thats why he stopped her to speak to her (SBS Segment)

Looks like it... He tells her off for raising her voice at Tanveer. She goes away, is upset by herself in the room. He walks in on her crying and feels horrid. She then quietly dresses his wound, avoiding his eyes, while he stares at her. She finishes and moves to leave, and he pulls her back, Sorry Jaan...
