I agree.

1. We know the Goenkas are evil. Durga and Dayal know that.

DEV DOESN'T.

2. Durga knows Sakshi will keep tabs on her.

DEV DOESN'T.

3. Durga can plot and plan in the safety of her own home, behind closed doors without Sakshi coming in or suspecting her of knowing something.

DEV CAN'T.

But when Durga knows all these things and YET lets Dev meet Payal, Payal's fate was sealed. In fact, if Sakshi had killed her, it would have been less painful to watch than Payal's horrific memories being jogged up like that.

Disagreed.

Dev knew he was being spied. He said he knew what Rajnath Goenka was like. This is why he packed off his friend Gautam to another city to protect him.

He was threatened by Shaurya who had once even confessed his crimes to him. So how come he can be said to not know that Goenkas are evil?

He knew he was followed. He suffered two death attempts. Still how can it be said he didn't know anyone could keep tabs on him?

I only agree that Durga shouldn't have let Dev meet Payal.

I don't think Dev has done anything wrong so far because he has not been made aware of the entire truth about the Goneka Family through Durga, And plus Dev also does not know the negative side of Shaurya & his parents fully, Since he was not around when the rape case happened.

I think first of all Durga should let Dev know the entire plan of her's to Dev & let him know the entire truth of what has happened in his absent so that he could help her Execute the Plan of action she has in mind.

Without knowing the entire truth, Dev won't be able to do anything but will put Durga into a deep trouble one day.

because we know the entire truth but dev doesn't know how evil Shaurya & his family are.
