From Precap, I think that Aahil is not watching Rehaan watch Sanam. Maybe that was a misleading precap. It could be that Aahil was watching Rehaan as he knows he, Aahil has not finished saying what he wanted.

He is ready again to give Rehaan a piece of his mind. It's possible that he calls out to Rehaan and asks him where he is going. Rehaan says he is leaving as he can't bear staying there. Aahil probably tells him that all he did was ask him to stay away from his wife. Rehaan probably tells him that it is hard for him to stay as both he and Sanam are falling in love with each other and cannot watch it.

He tells Aahil that he hopes, he has realized the truth of his anger and that it has nothing to do with his (Rehaan) and Sanam's friendship but that he loves Sanam. Aahil admits in an angry voice, saying ," You are right. I love her. I cannot stand seeing her with you. I would not be able to stand it seeing her with any other man.

Rehaan says, "Well you should tell her."

By this time Sanam would have made her way downstairs and without Aahil realizing it, witnessed the confrontation.

It's obvious that Sanam will come down after seeing Rehan standing there, but can Aahil reach there first and confess angrily while Sanam is standing right behind him listening to it all? It'll be a dream come true for all of us😊

Urghhh i still think confession realization wont be that soon... but i do think that Aahil will stop rehan from leaving...lets c

My opinion:

I just want Aahil to admit his love/feelings for Sanam when those two are ALONE. No third party around and surely not in an angry situation between Aahil and Rehan. That wouldn't be romantic at all.

This could happen but the confession scene in my point of view is still far and ahil had already realized his love for sanam .. it is sanam now who has to realize ...feel free to correct me if I am wrong
also in my point of view ahil is not impulsive..he gets angry easily but never says anything without thinking untill the situation gets on his nerves..so by just rehaan telling him in a calm manner to realize his love...in my point of view he would not confess..also if ahil was impulsive we would have gotten the confession way back in the first few fights between sahil and nida scenes
no offense but if u do not agree with me feel free to tell me ur point of view..would be happy to knw them..I also do not want third party during confession as a another member said above

Everyone is entitled to their point of view.

I think right now though Aahil's blood is boiling and what was keeping him back from confessing is the misunderstanding that Sanam and Rehaan had a thing going. I'm operating by spoilers, pics, etc. So upon the truth of their relationship to be revealed, nothing will stop Aahil from confessing and moving on with their relationship..
