ZGH , Episode 20th with English translation , Thawing Of Ice Maiden

So not repeating my self again but again came out with some lovely meaningful dialogues . Zaroon is busy with his mission thawing the ice maiden . Knows its somewhat will take some time but he is determined person . Like his easiness where he feels at home at her place where as Kashaf is conscious of his status so staying of him at her home .
zaroon is investing more in to the relationship as he wants to prove everyone wrong and is in love with Kashaf . His looks can do the talking when he looks at Kashaf . He is not a pretending person ,is open to Kashaf like a open book . Small things matters to him . Kashaf sewing a button and his looking at her . Kashaf,s talk to Sidra about zaroon,s stay at her home was but natural . She feels insecure and is vulnerable about Zaroon,s impression. Light goes off and Zaroon is so natural and perhaps knows about Kashaf,s being uncomfortable with situation but brings her out with his suggestion to sit out side in moonlight . Loved their convo . Kashaf,s shyness when Zaroon talks about moon and all .
Zaroon giving her money , being a responsible husband , these gestures makes Kashaf more emotional . Loved Zaroon when he asks her when she was crying that is she missing him ? He is yearning for her one gesture towards him . And then says ,Nahi Manegi . So small things but hiding so much behind ,loaded with emotions .

Translation can not do the justice with the episode as you look at their expressions and every language has its own essence and Urdu is supposed to be a sweet language .

BOTH ARE STANDING ON THE BEACH AND ZAROON ASKS KASHAF TO SAY SOMETHING .Kashaf says that she is listening the voice of silence .Zaroon is looking at he and then says does silence has even any sound? Kashaf says yes i am listening to and you also listen and Zaroon has very funny expressions .
Zaroon says : i can listen to sea , the birds ,the winds but not the sound of silence . May be i am deaf
Kashaf: no..I can hear it , i am listening to it
Zaroon is looking at her somewhat puzzled with funny expressions . then put his ear near to her,s and Kashaf asks him ,now what are you doing ?
Zaroon :Hmm? Like you i am also trying to hear the sound of silence .
Kashaf : You really talk funny sometimes
Zaroon : i am talking the way you want me to
Kashaf : you really behave like a child sometimes
Zaroon : Haye you just found out quite late ? come lets go on ahead ?
Kashaf : Where ? Zaroon points out towards the sea and say till there . Kashaf : what ,in to the deep water there ? Zaroon : no as though someone can drown there . Come on
Kashaf : no one can go there ,if they do go then only go alone . Zarron : why ? Why can not we go there together ? Kashaf : come . Both goes further towards sea and Kashaf picks up a seashell from the water and put it near her ear and Zaroon asks why do the girls like seashells?
Kashaf : Because they are delicate like us . Zaroon says that he has more simpler way to explain this . Kashaf : Really ? Zaroon : Yes , its because they break . Kashaf : something like us girls ?
Then both venture in to sea holding each other hands . Kashaf says : Alright if we girls like seashells then what do boys like ? Zaroon : Hmm. Pearls . Pearls that are hiding inside the seashells . Kashaf : you are very materialistic . Zaroon :> Are we materialistic ? Kashaf say yes .
Zaroon : But we collect them to give them to our women . oh ,yes i forgot about that
Kashaf : then i think you should liking the hooks also ? Zaroon : Hooks ? Kashaf : yes , hooks. Hooks that is used to trap a fish .
Zaroon : Hmmm, you are becoming as smart as me and both moves ahead and it is night time now and are at home

Kashaf is making bed and Zarron comes after taking bath , rubbing his wet hair with towel and puts it at Kashaf,s head . Kashaf : Uff...Zaroon why do you need to spread everything around ? you really have some very bad habits And what is the purpose of towel bringing in the bedroom
Zaroon : Haye i am also thinking the same now a days . Kashaf : i am not going to pick up after you now .Zaroon tells her please do not start cleaning up now . The maid will come tomorrow and clean the room . Kashaf says what she will think .see this is our home not a jungle . I dread to think what maid will think when she comes tomorrow morning . Zaroon Pulls her down with him saying come here and she will not think anything . She will think what a handsome husband you have and then she will say Mashaallaha Mashaallaha .
Kashaf gets up from the bed and Zaroon tells her that please do not start cleaning the bathroom as well . calls her Kashaf but she goes in to Bathroom
Zaroon speaks loudly : Miss Kashaf Murtaza come back here holding hid head in his hands . Quite funny expressions . Kashaf founds that all bottles ,caps lying here there and thinks that if we ever break up one of the reasons will be because of his bad upbringing ,i think more then my half life will going to be spent for looking for and closing these bottle caps . 😊Such a baby ! She cleans the bathroom and other side Zaroon is sitting at the bed and looking at her
Zaroon is sleeping and Kashaf is writing her diary : i won't have to run around for anything in my life from now on .Someone will be there to take care of .O still can not believe all this , if this is luck then why me ? If this is some dream then its not real . then why i am dreaming it .
She gets up and goes to bed where Zaroon is sleeping and she thinks while sitting on the bed , looking at Zaroon that strangely am i getting used to this man . It will be major problem if one day he decides to leave me . she switch off the light and goes to sleep .

Next morning both are in the garden and Zaroon tells her that his family thinks that his marriage will not last for long . what do think ? Kashaf : what do i know ? its you and your family know. Zaroon says : that all good and well , everything is happening in front of you . Kashaf asks him why do his family think so ? Zaroon answers that i do not know perhaps they think i am very conservative and they also think that i will not be able to keep my wife happy for too long . What do you think ...are you happy ? Both sitting on the bench . Kashaf replies not much . Zaroon smiles looking at her smiling face and says ,see i knew it . Kashaf tlls him if she knew about his family,s opinion before the marriage , the decision might have been easier for her . Zroon looks at her and says : i may be fool but not stupid ,hmmm. He tells Kashaf looking at her that i used to run away from the marriage before i felt that marriage required lots of commitment and responsibilities . Kashaf asks him then tell me something , why did you suddenly think of me marrying ? Zaroon answers her that i felt that somewhere inside you , have all the qualities that was required for a good wife . Kashaf asks him , what qualities ? Zaroon tells her that he will not answer this question . Kashaf asks him why ?
Zaroon tells her that one should never complement one,s wife on her face . It makes her too full of herself . Kashaf says you never thought like this before . you used to complement outright on my face . Zaroon smiling tells her that you were not my wife that time . I was trying to lure you then . Kashaf tell him that he is very cheap and typical husband . Zaroon is enjying her discomfort and tells her that he likes being a typical husband . And i want to remain a typical husband . I want to be very caring ...I want to expect a lot and looking at her amusingly asks her that will she tolerate all his nonsense , airs and graces ? Kashaf replies him why wife has to tolerate all nonsense , airs of her husband ? Zaroon replies no no , the way a wife tolerates her husband ,s airs and the way a husband tolerates his wife airs . Its just that airs are different in both the cases . However i do tolerate quite of your airs and graces . Kashaf asks him , really ??? Both goes to eat ice cream .
Kashaf comes to her mother place with Zaroon . Mother tells them that you sit down and i will make tea but Kashaf tells her t sit as she will make tea and Zaroon also says that he has not yet drank tea made by her . Both mother Zaroon talks and Sidra comes and Asks Zaroon to stay tonight at their place and Kashaf is uncomfortable at this suggestion and Zaroon stays . She tells Sidra that he is used to comforts in his house , he will be uncomfortable here . But Zaroon is happy . Sidra tells Kashaf that Zaroon knows our position and he himself came with marriage proposal . Zaroon is lying on the bed looking at the fan and asks Kashaf , can fan run fast ? Kashaf says no and then light is gone and Zaroon says to Kashaf to sit out sideand when Kashaf refuses then he blackmails her by smoking te whole packet of cigarettes . Kashaf goes with him
Its moonlit night and both are sitting out side , he is humming when mosquitoes are biting then Kashaf says whats the use of sitting here like owls , Zaroon replies her back that unlike her he does think about the use of something and smilingly looking at her say tat he is not materialistic like her . Kashaf gets irritated and tells her if he goes on talking like this she will go inside. Zaroon holds her hand and tells her show me . Kashaf : should i show you ? Zaroon smiles : Alright ,i accept you can do . i have no expectations from you . then makes a sad face and says that one day you will go leaving me alone . Kashaf questions him that you are totally faithful to me ? you will never ever leave me. Yes ? Zaroon sits near Kashaf , looking in to her eyes says ..Yes , i can never leave you . Kashaf is embarrassed and tells him to count the stars . Zaroon smilingly looks at her and says : .I will count the stars when you leave me and that too in your memory . Kashaf is shying and tells him in her memory ? yes right . Zaroon : why ? whats so funny ? Kashaf smiles and says when he will sit down to think of her , how many more will he think about . he has so many memories . one memory will clash with the another memory and then negative will clash positive , turned in to zero . Yes i know . Zaroon : Dare i say that i did not understand a word you said . Both goes on with their nok jhonk . Zaroon says : if you are taunting me abut my girl friends then say openly instead of in riddles . Kashaf : i am not taunting you , just stating a fact . i know you had s many girl friends . Zaroon keep smiling looking at her . and say are you informing or getting Jealous . Kashaf is jealous thats quite apparant but tells him that she is only telling him not jealous . Kashaf gets serious and Zaroon says that she does not need to get jealous as he is sitting with his wife and she is not like them . Again he catches her hand . Kashaf asks him did he watch the moon today ? Zaroon is looking at her face , tells her that he has seen but Kashaf says that he is in the sky and one can see it from the distance only . Zaroon nods her head and says :: yes i heard it few days ago that moon used to be in the sky but now has shifted to earth and sitting right beside me . Kashaf is shy and tells him to stop using cheesy lines . Zaroon : when husband talks romantically to his wife , its not called being cheesy . It is called romantic conversation . its really shame ,you know . Kashaf : What ? Zaroon : when are you going to trust me . Kashaf : have to think about this . Poor chap says then the whole night will be wasted . Then he laughs and asks her does not she like any thing about him hmmm? something ..anything .. even a little thing .. Huh ?
Kashaf point to a star saying its so bright and Zaroon asks her if its shining like him ? He is smiling and enjoying her discomfort . Kashaf : My God , i never have seen anyone so conceited or so full of himself ...never ever . Zaroon is treat to watch

He sits and says : Wow ! i think that makes me one of a kind ..huh? He is smiling looking at her and Kashaf is also smiling , Zaroon says : do you mind if i hold your hand now , the hand you forced me to let it go off so that you could count the stars? Kashaf looks at him and asks is it absolutely a must to hold the hands ? Zaroon ..Yes its a must . he hold her hands and say : your hands are warm as opposed to your heart which is very cold . Kashaf covers her eyes : OK then you think what you like . Zaroon : Do you really not like anything about me ? Kashaf : should tell you the truth ? i did not think about it . Poor Zaroon but he is teasing her . Zaroon : i am sure you must like one thing about me . Kashaf:: Hmmm...what? Zaroon : just this that when i say that i am going to Islamabad ,what else . Kashaf : whats the matter with you ? you were fine the whole day ..whats happened to you ? Zaroon is thoughtful : i was fine and still is .but now when i realized that i will be all alone when i reach Islamabad tomorrow . in a way it really makes me sad really . Kashaf : now what should i do about that ? Should i console you or wipe your tears ? Zaroon with sad face : Should i console you or wipe your tears ! If all that you can do then i can manage myself ! Kashaf tells him that when he will be in office there will be lots of work to do to occupy him. He is looking at her face and asks that when he returns from office then what ? Kashaf talls him that he can watch his favorite Julia Roberts Movie whom he likes . and he likes her very much . Zaroon tells her that he not only likes her but loves her . Beautiful conversation which you can not write in words . Zaroon is smiling and knows she is jealous . Asks her : Are you Jealous ? Kashaf : whats there to feel jealous about
Zaroon : no..just asking ..may be ? still smiling and kashaf is serious . Zaroon takes her hand asks her : will you miss me ? Kashaf : No. Zaroon : not at all , not even a bit ? Kashaf: No .
Zaroon : not even for a moment ? Kashaf : Not even a millisecond . Zaroon : its not possible yaar . Kashaf : not possible is not in my dictionary . Zaroon : then i have to buy you a new dictionary . Kashaf : yes of course . Zaroon : you are saying a lot of stuff you kow , you are going to regret later when i leave . Kashaf : Lets see . He says he is going to sleep but again suts down loking at Kashaf , holds her hand but Kashaf pulls back . He leans towards her and hums some song and both starts laughing . and he asks Kashaf to sing as she has sweet voice . Again he asks her that she did not reply . will she miss him ? Zaroon say : when that day will come when my wife herself will be telling me how does she feel about me . I will go and ask the God , you just sit around here .
Both goes to there room , Zaroon is sleeping but Kashaf is sitting beside him and writing in her diary : Will i miss him ? Perhaps Miss is very small word for the way i feel about you . And now i begining to feel afraid of myself as well ..loving person makes you weak , it makes you helpless..compelled ...subjugated . and i hate these three feelings in particular ! But despite the fact that i hate feeling this way , you are becoming the center of my universe . You asked me what i like about you ..but in actually the question should have been what do not i like about you ...your being around me all the time ..you not taking your deep , expressive eyes of my very being ...the constant attention ..your passinate commitment to fulfilling my every need . Every time you stand in deference to my parents , i bend a little more to you ...and there is so much more that makes me literally melt in front of you .. you in a deep sleep in this small house ,in a small room with its slow moving fan ...you drinking tap water instead of finding the mineral water...you leaving the hand wash and washing the hands with cheap soap ...you constantly filling your plate again and again with food cooked by my mother,s hands ..but i will not tell you all this ..i will laugh at each one of your promises..i will make fun of everything you say ..you think of me as being cold hearted then i will allow you to continue with this impression ...I can not allow myself to stand in front of you like a wall of sand , as i am too scared falling apart .
Jaroon is ready to leave next morning but his sleeves button has broken and Kashaf put stitch the button of his sleeves . Zaroon : i never knew that you could do all this ? First time i got impressed with you . seriously . Kashaf : i do not know whether i should be angry or be thanking you . Zaroon : then get angry ...because thanking me will be difficult task for you . He is laughing all the time . She packs his bag and he gives her some money which offends Kashaf , tells him that her pay will be in her account . Zaroon : keep your salary in your account .You are my wife and i am supposed to take care of you . Are not I ? Right ?
Zaroon,s this action touch her heart . Kashaf thinking there are many types of blessings in the life . Ones is that your husband consider you as his responsibility and spends money on you ...but i never thought i would also be blessed with this kind of kindness. I never thought that there will be someone out there who would also spend on me ...take on my responsibilities .

Zaroon enters and sees her crying . asks her whats wrong ? she says nothing . Zaroon asks her are you feeling sad because of me ? Kashaf say no
Zaroon : so i was amazed for nothing then , ..by assuming that you were feeling sad because of my leaving ? Kashaf : what there to get surprised , it is not that i am not sad about your leaving ? Zaroon : Really is that the truth ? you were feeling sad , were you ? Kashaf leaves and Zaroon says this girl will never admit it
Her mother is telling Kashaf to take care of Zaroon and cook food for him ..

Was waiting for ur thread on dis episode. I found it the best epi as it beautifully explored the relationship of Zaroon nd Kashaf nd brought out the nuances very well.

So many small things but having some meanings , have missed Mentioning . Rafia talking to Kashaf about taking care of Zaroon . Sensibly she tells her that understanding comes with caring for each other and takes time . Cooking herself for him . Rafia is wonderful lady , a pillar of strength behind her daughters who single handedly brought them up with values. Kashaf talking t herself when sitting on the bed beside sleeping Zaroon , looking at her ,with love and respect in her eyes . She is afraid to come out from her bottled up feelings . When i was translating the whole episode then you feel more connected to characters and that time i could feel the inner turmoil going on in Kashaf .
