Anyway, for Aahil, I don't think he may have to do it to her face. I think it maybe set up just like Asad/Dilshad/Zoya.. whereby Aahil will be talking to Rehaan. Sanam will come in at the right time and standing behind Aahil, he not seeing her, he tells Rehaan that he does love Sanam and he hated seeing her and him (rehaan) together.
