Hello office makkazhz !!! Pls post one valid reason for sending a "Country Head" out of Office

Rules :

1) Each Member can post any number of reasons - but one reason per post

2) the reason may or may not relate to our Office serial -

3) A reason that Any Organisation that follow in today's trend

Just trying to spend our time to know the current Organizational strategy(politics) in sending(sacking) their Employees

As a Country Head she failed to concentrate on new clients .

Target & Dewa projects they have lost may be bcoz these clients were brought by Viswanathan .

She is holding nearly 9 yrs experience and would have worked for many Projects (Citi Bank, Wallmart etc)

Is she not holding a good Rapport with her Clients - SAD

A country head should be well prepared to face any situation .she seams just passing of the blame & failed in getting projects .she should be fired

Susan's mistake of not being prepared for a presentation being the Country Head is the biggest reason I can think of. She relied on Karthik completely, basically using him to do her work therefore deserves to be fired.
