Ahil calls Sanam his wife, Hidden love comes out

The upcoming episode of Qubool Hai will
show that Aahil ( Karanvir Bohra) will start
to feel restless on seeing Sanam (Surbhi
Jyoti) near to him.
Sanam also feels the same feelings and
also takes care of Aahil as he is injured.
Both Sanam and Aahil are heading
towards the love words but are not ready
to acept this.
