SP~ 5 tips to deal with pre-wedding jitters!(Sandhya)

Akshara smiles on reminiscing that phase of her life, "I guess pre-wedding jitters are quite normal. The feeling that life will never be the same again gives you cold feet. I was so nervous that I decided to talk it out with my mother. She helped me a great deal."

Though Ishita's wedding was a hush-hush affair, she shares, "Nervousness is bound to happen as you are going to begin a new life altogether. But again, learn to face your fears and keep yourself involved in something or the other to distract yourself."

Aditya maintains his calm composure, "Firstly, it is important to understand what kind of jitters you are going through. Is it about the wedding arrangements or the marriage itself? If it's the wedding arrangements then that can be definitely looked after with proper planning but if its the marriage, then it's better you sort it out before it's too late."

Aastha says, "I remember how anxious I was. Then I decided to relax and take life as it comes. Frankly, I believe getting stressed never solves any problem."

Sandhya too shares a similar take, "Keep yourself organized and make a list of things to be sorted on the wedding front."
