Pooja Kadam and Ganesh Yadav roped in for 'celebrity special' episode of CID
This coming week Sony Entertainment Television's CID will have something interesting and new to offer in its special three hour episode which will have high entertainment quotient. The episode will air on 6 September.
Renowned actor of the Marathi television industry Pooja Kadam and Ganesh Yadav (a known name in Marathi theatre, television and Bollywood) have been roped in for the same.
The story will revolve around a helpless man (Ganesh Yadav) in search of his sister Ria (Pooja Kadam) will take the help of the CID team to find her whereabouts. Ria will then take the case further by aiding the CID team to nab the criminals.
We contacted Ganesh who stated, "Television is exhausting but I am very excited working on this platform. I have worked with Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty and others before also, so I am looking forward to having some nice time here. Also, I have been associated with Producer B P Singh earlier and he is a true gentleman."
Pooja added, "I have not yet started shooting for the same, so cannot talk much but yes, when they contacted me for a role where they needed an actor fluent in Marathi, I opted for it."
