TRP of ema is 2.4:Mod note pg14, 20 - Page 15

Primarily it is our hurt feelings against the cvs. Rachana and Ashish were doing a fab job (awesome actors). The old viewers loved watching them on screen. The trps would have been good and constant had they not separated Ragna/ Ashna. Most of the regular viewers boycotted watching it on TV after May 9^th (after Raghav and Pakhi's marriage), hence the drop in trps. Despite requesting the cvs to unite Ragna, they turned a deaf hear and went on their track of ruining a good show. The story went from bad to worse, and to top it all they started giving less screen time to Ragna. Had they paid heed to the viewers and united Ragna, they would have attained good trps. There was absolutely no need for replacement as Rachana and Ashish were doing a good job.
