Sanam has realized that she takes Ahil to be her husband. Possibly the biggest realization of the episode. It was evident when she looked pained to hear Tanveer say that their relationship is only a facade and she needn't be around to look after Ahil as a pretense. I loved how they showed flashbacks for Sanam of Ahil having saved her. As well as, of her harsh words the night before to him. It all played significantly in Sanam realizing the depth of her feelings for Ahil and this relationship. She cannot fake being his wife, because she takes that role very seriously in her heart. What was striking was that she remembered him nursing her back to health after the graveyard episode. Seems like she does remember that bit :)
Seher, has realized there exists a woman who looks EXACTLY like her. I hope she can also wonder why she felt her pain and put two and two together to realize that they may be related by more than just their faces. I do not want Seher to be swapped with Sanam and Seher to go along with it for monetary reasons. She is shown to be intelligent so far and I hope they do justice to her intelligence by showing her questioning this striking look-alike situation.
Ahil, as per the spoilers, will realize how Sanam stuck by him and really did play the role of a wife in making him better. Ahil, too needs to realize that she does not hate him, instead he needs to start questioning why she was so affected by him being in the hospital.
Another big realization for Sanam awaits when she finds out Ahil loves her, and does not HATE her. Looking forward to that big tubelight moment.
Rehaan has started to realize that Sanam has the feels for Ahil. Gentleman and good hearted that he is, he was still worried for Ahil, even though Ahil has won over the heart of his beloved. What a contrast to his evil ammi. Imran was no saint either, nor was his twisted Haseena bi and family, so I really wonder whose genes does Rehaan have? Atleast yet! :P When Rehaan realizes completely that Sanam loves Ahil and is never going to be his, even after 3 months, we will see how his genes really play out. :P
Faiz will now realize Haya does not love him. Also, I found it very ridiculous how Faiz the hormonal teenager decided to marry Haya, when one could see he was struggling to understand her sign language. This will be a bigger realization for him when he figures that he cannot understand Haya and this will lead to frustration in their marriage. He fell in love with her, without really ever communicating with her. And Rahat, for all his excellent communication and understanding with Haya, did not understand who she loves. And Haya for all her sensitivity and intelligence, did not confirm once who the groom really was until she got married...This was the biggest joke of a wedding if I may call it that.
I found it so irritating that Faiz, the hormonal teenager, could not wait for his SR. I mean, they got married, and immediately two of Haya's family members had a near death experience and he wants her to forget it all and simply enjoy their first night of wedded bliss. The shock on Haya's face said it all. Faiz could have been more sensible and sensitive than that. Faiz will soon realize Haya has no love for him.
