Even after so many years, her fan following remains strong as ever! The vivacious Kajol, last seen in We Are Family (2010), is all set for a comeback. It's even heard that the actress will share the profit of her film.
Surprisingly, Kajol's comeback film is produced by her husband Ajay Devgn. Naturally, whatever the profit the movie makes will go to her own household. Also, profit-sharing is something that has eluded Bollywood actresses till date.
If Kajol is indeed taking a share of the profit of her movie, she will be the first actress to do so. There have already been reports that the actress is charging a whopping Rs. 5 crore for the film.
Kajol's comeback movie is said to be the Bollywood adaptation of the Dutch TV series Penoza. The versatile actress will be playing mafia mother in the movie.
Penoza is the story of a woman whose husband, a former mafia gang member, has been murdered. For the safety of her three children, the widow decides to take matters into her hands. The movie is going to be a slick thriller and to essay the fighter mom, Kajol has started working out.
Ajay Devgn has already confirmed the news, "Kajol will be doing a film this year. It will hopefully go on floors from October end. It will be produced by me and directed by (ad filmmaker) Ram Madhvani."
