Hi Everyone, as we all have gotten the final news of the axe coming down- I just wanted to take out some time to say a few kind words for some of my favourite actors who portrayed wonderful characters even with a dismal future given to them. I don't know if they'll ever read these, or see them- but I just thought I'd let it be known.

Sanaya

You are magical. Absolutely magical. I had never had the pleasure of viewing any of your work, but after seeing you on Rangrasiya I can honestly see why one cannot stop praising your beauty, and above all your skill as an actress.

You bought Parvati to life, it was so easy to fall in love and appreciate a simple, smart and confident village girl who held the attributes of strength, courage wrapped up in innocence and purity. You made it easy. You made it possible- I don't think anyone else could have done justice to this unique and wonderful character; it had to be someone as unique and wonderful as you. Bravo, and thank you for the time and energy you put into her.

I don't know how you did it to be honest. I'm not an actor, nor have I set foot in the industry- but I don't know how you maintained such professionalism and continued to work 110% even when your character wasn't given her due. Parvati was so much more than what was left of her in the end- and I think even you realize that.

Even with this folly you still managed to amaze me, with this second avatar of Myrah. You brought to life a complete polar opposite of the initial character you were playing- you made her real, tangible and truly created an odd discourse in my mind in the best way possible. A true testament to your skill madam.

Regardless I just wish to see you continue to portray a diverse, strong and wonderful character amoungst a wonderful plot- you've gained a fan, and I hope to see your work in the future. You truly are the Queen of Hearts.

You sir: Take a bow. You've risen from obscurity to a new level of fandom- while I'm female enough and vain enough to appreciate your good looks- it is your acting that has surprised me. You brought to life the classic Angry-young-man, yet gave him a charisma and charm of his own. Together with Sanaya you truly brought to life Rudra & Parvati, and for that I am thankful. Thank you for your part in this tumultuous ride that has been Rangrasiya.

You've fought ailments, injuries and juggled more than most can fathom of managing yet you were part of it all- center stage, trying to salvage what was once there, even with a change in direction, a change from what you all initially signed on for you've held your head up high and shown great professionalism throughout it all. It's truly commendable.

I don't know what else to say other than I hope you find success, prosperity, health and happiness- you and your co-stars deserve every bit of it. I hope to see you bring to life another character, I hope to see you make us fall in love again with another pair. I hope you get an opportunity that does justice by you and your character next time. I think we all hope that.

PS: Please please please please please don't lose the mustache. Kthxbye! 😆

Ananya

I need to take a moment to compose myself.
You were despised Ms. Ananya. Absolutely despised.

That is a true benchmark for an Actress in a negative role.
Your cunning, wit, and smarts were both admired and hated as a character; and you brought this character to life: Mohini Ranawat, or as I like to call the Queen of Evil- Mo.

You embodied an ideology that is common yet veiled in our society and culture; you portrayed the most common traits we see in many people: the desire for power, wealth and a legacy.

I have only seen one other piece of your work- and that is Devdas, and even there you were truly formidable- absolutely venomous.

In a story about two strong main characters you truly brought your own to the story, and made a us think, curse and laugh with and at you at the same time.

Thank you for that, and I hope to see you terrorizing some other daughter-in-laws on screen very very soon.

Geetanjali

Where do I even begin with you Geetanjali? Where? I don't know if you had been slated to become such a wonderful supporting character or if it occured over time and development, but you truly held you own in this large depth of talent- you brought to live the various social issues that many women and wives face in India and around the globe- you had a character that had the potential to fight so many norms and out dated ideologies, but alas Maithili never recieved her due either- but you've still managed to bring her to life. For that I thank you. I thank you for bringing the bond of sisterhood to life with Sanaya- showing that blood is not the common denomenator- love is.

I hope to see you in another venture soon- doesn't matter what or where, but I will be there to support you! Best wishes to you darling!

Everyone

Thank you again from Samrat and Sumer to Dilsher and Danveer: you brought the Ranawat family, the BSD and the village of Bhirpur to live. I truly wish each and everyone of you the best on your future indevours and hope to see you on the screen very very soon:

"With a hint of good judgment, to fear nothing, not failure or suffering or even death, indicates that you value life the most. You live to the extreme; you push limits; you spend your time building legacies. Those do not die."

Lovely post!
I started watching this show as a Sanaya fan, but I have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated every actor part of the show.
Glad that Sanaya has earned another fan in you.
Even though the show had a short run, I consider it a hit because it got through to my heart.
Taking nice memories forward.

I watched RR only because of Sanaya.
I have enjoyed watching RR in spite of the destruction of the story, because as you said, Sanaya is a phenomenal performer.
Appreciation for all involved in RR. Best of luck to them/
Am eagerly awaiting Sanaya's new show...
