because Jigar does not deserve them!!!. He wanted to leave them behind and move out of the country. That has got to be the most selfish parent on tv.
I want Urmila to get the kids and their money. Sorry but Jigar does not deserve them and to him obviously it does not matter who takes care of them since he is selfish for his needs only. Why can't his mom speak up instead of just crying?
Unless this was Urmila and Paridihi plan than I am against Urmi getting kids but otherwise if it was not her plan than let her have the kids.
