Women's shelter

It is interesting to see that a women's shelter, whose sole purpose is to help women is denying a woman with a child. I mean I did not ever think that a serial could be so off about this. I have yet to come across a women's shelter where they denying a working mother and her son. Is this how women's shelters work in india? I mean I've worked in India helping the unfortunate, and did not see this. I understand that this show is fake, but sadly enough people take what they see on TV as the truth. I hope viewers understand what bullsh*t this is. The show didn't even take domestic violence seriously, which is so sad. Are there any unsuppressed women writers on these telly shows?
