Totally agree with what you said. We watch TV to escape from reality. So seeing that someone with so much hate can fall for someone who hates them just as much for what they've done, makes us happy to see because we get the idea that true love can conquer anything. While this is a far step from reality, it is still shown on television because, after a hard day's work, people enjoy seeing the impossible become possible on their idiot box- aka, TV.

Personally, I don't mind this. It is a fictional series for a reason. And anyways, how many things we see on TV can be termed as a true depiction of reality in a fictional series anyways.

Indian TV needs some unrealistic masala and twists because that's just want Indian audience want. even so called reality shows use strange gimmicks to garner trps. ye tou phir bhi fiction hai..that too youth show.

good or bad, fact remains that hate/love kinda stories are watched by the target demographic of these kinda shows. granted that it is done to death and high time something else gains attention but this matter sells more. that tension, the intensity and the whole factor of "will they? won't they?" keeps the audience on toes which makes them tune in to the show everyday which is what makers aim for..

Its easy to ship Dhruv Nandini right until now because we have seen some romance between them while nothing of Manik Nandini until today but its to early to judge just like today showed. Both Dhruv and Manik have many layers to them and we almost saw a different side to Manik today while the duet was on. He almost pretty much paralleled Nandini's move of interacting with the old people and for a self-centred , selfish guy that is pretty big.

Also opinions vary, while in real life I wouldnt touch bad boys with a barge pole, in fiction, it is a very interesting scenario as it makes for angst and intense romance. Just my view , I don't expect people to agree with it.

All I want to say is give the show some time before you deem it boring, there are multiple layers here and its not just bad boy romance. It is pretty obviously laid out that Manik Nandinin and Dhruv are going to have a very interesting story to it no matter how much we would like to dismiss the opposing pair.

In the K drama as well manik's character, though initially rude at first, turned out to be so caring and he saved nandini's character a lot.
I feel that Manik is gonna help nandi a lot in the future and gain her trust.

I like dhruv but I love Manik nandini together, they r awesome together!

Dhruv - Nandini is sweet stable and clearly there is lots of chemistry!!

Dhruv cannot be the right character to be paired opposite Nandini as the very main lead has to be very influential to the story line...and Dhruv rarely speaks out anything! The show's gonna be mute if Dhruv is paired up with Nandini 🥱...but we need rich content, high voltage drama as it's a fiction show! the rest are upto ur own perspectives! 😕
