"Ammi..Abbu...cant believe you all are doing this with...me..." Told Zoya Farooqui who was in a really bad mood and her parents were making it worse..

Anwar Farooqui Looked at her Daughter in worry as well as a little humor seeing her mumble and walking across the room since this morning while his better half Zeenat was well...too Busy with cooking dishes for today EVENING...

Anwar :beta...why are you worried??it going to be fine...THEY are humans after all

"Suno"...Zeenat suddenly pops in making both the Daughter and father anticipate her words...Zoya crossed her fingers for it to be a relieving end for her...

and she finally spoke..."Aloo pakode or paneer??which one will HE like???'

Both of them felt like banging their head on the wall...

"Ammi...why dont u make ZOYA pakode...i m sure THEY would love it...anyways i am going to be kheema pao infront of them today..."

Anwar sniggered and recieved deadly glares from both mother-daughter making him gulp..

"Ammi-Abbu...they will be coming at 6 today..." came a voice..

it was Haider Farooqui ..Zoyas elder bro..

"thank U soo Much bro...i love you soo much" told Zoya gritting

Zoya finally sat on the couch and kept her head on their palms...Anwar ,Zeenat smiled while Haider came and bear hugged her...(man i m gonna miss them soo bad)

"Chutkii...don worry...u will be fine..THEY will definitely like you...trust me...anyways HE is coming too right" said Haider

"i will be okay right??"...she asked...Zoya was in tears. now...

"Aawww...dont get worried na Chutkii...it will be fine" they told together..

Then she found her bro keeping the cordless next to her ears...and heard HIS voice

"Zoya...meri jaan...dont worry...main aa rahi hoon na...dont worry...Love you...

It was Asad...her love..her life...

A smile appeared on her face..and her family sighed in relief "PHEW"

This was the story...Zoya is the only daughter of Anwar Farooqui...the renown writer and Investment banker and Zeenat Farooqui,a proud homemaker.

Her Bro was a freelance Photographer.she had a very happy family whom she loved and adored.she joined a reputed company as an intern a year back and then she met him..Asad..Asad Ahmed Khan who was the president of the company...and rest we say is history...

She was a person who never had to hide anything from her parents and she did tell them a few weeks back about her and Asad after he proposed her for marriage.they were more than happy about this alliance.

But the twist in the tale came as a shocker for Zoya when she came to know that Her Abbu and Asads father were childhood friends and they approached the Khan's and they proceeded to invite them over for the evening which came as a shocker for both Zoya and Asad.Asad was happy and also composed but Zoya was as nervous as a Cat with a long tail

she was angry at her fellow Farooquis for this...

Now that she was feeling better...she felt 2 pairs of hands puling her to get dressed up.and that was Nuzhat and Humeira..her cousins and best friends.she was made to wear a saree and looked absolutely breathtaking

the Khan's were welcomed warmly.they consisted of Rashid Khan(father),Dilshad Khan(Mother),Najma Qureshi(Sister),Imran Qureshi(Brother in law)

and Asad himself.

Haider hugged Asad and exchanged greetings and blessings...

Zoya felt jitters in her tummy.she feared their questions which felt like interrogation to her.

She was taken by Nuzhat and Humeira downstairs.

Asad looked at Zoya's gorgeous form and felt his mouth going wide..."god..she is gorgeous"he thought (as Always LOL ).Najma smiled and closed his mouth while he blushed(note:guys blush too 😉

Zoya was made to sit and she served them Coffee.

Dilshad and Najma came forward.

Zoya shivered a bit..

Dilshad smiled and kissed her forehead..."i am proud of my son.."chaand si bahu laayi hai(he has brought be a DIL pretty as the moon)

...she took out a pair of bangles and put it on her hands..." Najma Hugged her "congrats bhabhii"

tears glistened in the families eyes..they all hugged and exchanged hugs and greeting...Asad looked at Zoya and charmingly smiled at her...Anwar Zeenat and Haider hugged Zoya and distributed Sweets...

But one soul was there who was extremely confused...that was Zoya...who was expecting a chain of questions and all...

and she finally spoke out "THIS IS IT???"

all looked at her confusedly..and she continued..."you all dont want to ask me anything??"

All looked at her with silence prevailing in the room and finally all started to laugh...

Zoya looked flushed and blushed in embarrassment while Asad winked at his crazy yet pyaari si Love...i mean Girlfriend

Zoya woke up from her thoughts when she felt two arms going around her swollen belly...she smiled...2 years had passed and she was now married to her Love.she wss a dutiful wife..a doting Bahu and a happy expecting Ammi of 7 months.even today the memory of THAT incident makes her flush.

Asad kept his chin on her shoulder. "what were you thinking?" he asked.

"the first time i met your family" she told...

"acha...sometimes think about me also..."he leaned in to kiss her while she moved away...

Asad turned away showing fake anger while Zoya came in and pecked on his cheek

he asked mischievously "THIS IS IT???"

and Zoya playfuly slapped him

"thats it...u are sleeping on the couch tonite...

Asad came and hugged her from behind...she melted in his love and smiled in happiness that will stay with them forever...
