I hope one confess.. just like ASYA. I know some don't like parallels, but it's amazing to watch the same type of situation but sometimes handled differently.
So I don't mind if he confesses (like Zoya while quarreling before she left for Ajmer. "I regret loving someone like you."
While trapped, he might say," You wanted your freedom from me. I'll never have wanted to be free from you. Just remember,I have never hated you but I love you."
After he awakens, she may tell him again, " Ohh, AAhil, I thought I lost you. I'm so sorry for everything I said.. i was angry and you hurt me. You are never to leave me again because I am your wife and it's my right that you never leave me."
He might reply, " Just, please, leave." A devastated Sanam says, " I can't leave you. How do you think I felt when I thought I lost you. I love you Aahil. I felt myself die when I thought ... Please, you have to give us one more chance. ..."
He turns his head away from her, leaving her devastated. She leaves the room and breaks down..Later, while Aahil is asleep she re-enters Aahil;s hosptal room. Her heart is breaking that she is losing him and not to death this time. Rehaan sees her and comes to comfort her but she pushes him away. She tells him about her and Aahil's talk. Rehaan he must know that nothing is going on between us. I wish he'd realize that I love only him.
This revelation spilled while they think he's asleep, but he was awake and heard everything.
Later on, his attitude chnges and once they leave the hospital and get home, he starts to show her that he believes her innocence.
