How do you capture pics from a video?

Download BSplayer, install it, open it, go to Preferences and "Enforce RGB mode", or something like that 😆 , and open the video and press shift+p. or was it ctrl+p? 😕

play the movie
press shitf + p
use bs player
and then check ur c drive for a folder called webteh
the pics r saved inside there
thats all

You know, the speed (sec.) that you have to choose to make an animation, well, I know how to make a vid. animation, but I don't know what speed (sec.) to use, cos I might make it too fast, or too slow, what speed in seconds is like........good enough for a vid. animation?
