You're welcome! I can't watch the video right now to give you a detailed response but to sum it up: aahil laying on the hospital bed, torso and head wrapped in bandages, while the doctors perform that shock thingy on him (you know... The thing they do in every bollywood movie and tv serial 😆) while sanam looks on, crying. Usual offscreen masti with Survir.. KV talking about the gas in badi ammi's room and says it's not this type of gas (while he pats his stomach :P) and he says sanam is crying and acting like a wife. Surbhi says that sanam prays for aahil and khuda ne uska dua qubool kar diya tha :) that's all I can remember for now but I think it covers most of it!
