We know Ishita and Raman won't hug by themselves so it should be like they r in their room door close n ishita and raman talking to each other face to face near the door and all of a sudden ruhi opens the door n they r pushed together kind a like a hug and both Ishita and Raman feel (kuch Kuch Hota hai) moment. Feel good in each others arm. (start of romantic feeling)
