He did not nominate Sanaya, he nominated Sana, who I guess is his teen ka tadka partner.

in my euphoric moment I imagine he said Sanaya😆

We know Ashish and Sanaya are good colleges and share a great relation on the set(they say it many times) but I don't think they regard each other as best friends,so maybe that's why he did not nominated her

right now they are colleges or not friend any type i m enjoying their IV that all😆
sanaya is not active on social media so nominating isn't easy i think

He only nominated the people who were there with him in that room, i.e. Sana and Shampa. Then he nominated his BFF.

I think Sanaya would kill him if he did!! LOL Plus she's not part of Jhalak or the online social sites!! Plus I hear Sanaya's health not that great these days! And she's not one who would like this kind of game!! LOL
