Ashwini Kalsekar is an actress par excellence . Whether it was the possessive , cunning ,mean "Jigyasa "of Kasam Se , or the sneaky , scheming and notoriously evil Mahamanga , she has portrayed her role perfectly . No one else could have played the role of Mahamanga like she has .

I completely agree with you in thinking that if not for her constant scheming ,we would have never seen a teda or smart Jalal . If not for her evil manipulations , Jalal and Jodha would never be together . Desperately trying to separate them , she only brought them closer .
