Part 17:

Payal welcomes kriya to her home happily. She somehow manages to make kriya stop crying. Swayam was very happy at kriya's arrival. Rey's mood was worse. He started becoming more and more upset when Payal and swayam talks to kriya happily and pacify her and assures her that Smriti will be fine. Soon nanu too comes to meet kriya and she once again starts crying, hugging nanu. He too pacify her saying Smriti is fine, he has already spoke to her. The whole scene makes rey more upset. He feels kriya is more close and comfortable with his mom, nanu swayam than with him. Rey gets furious thinking, kriya is not giving him importance the way he gives her. Soon his whole gang gives a surprise visit and rey had to pretend he is fine. He had to smile when his friends teased him and kriya. But his friends understood something is wrong with rey. Even Payal, nanu, swayam and kriya have noticed rey's mood. Kriya gets nervous thinking, may be rey is upset because of her.

Swayam : rey, kriya's surprise. Let's go and show her the surprise.

Rey just smiles and nods his head. Turning to kriya he just says "lets go". Kriya feels hurt seeing rey's suffocation. He didn't look happy at all. But she ignores the thought and follows rey. He takes kriya to her new room where she will be staying there onwards, and indicates her to open the curtain on one wall. When she opens, she feels really overwhelmed to see the surprise. The wall has the same kind of wooden board like in her bedroom in Bangalore, where she had pinned her own collection of pics. Rey didn't know how much it meant for her. Previous night she had cried touching the pics attached to the board in Bangalore. She felt bad leaving her room and her things, specially that board. Now seeing a similar board made her really happy. She is ready to create new memories on this new board now.

Kriya : thanks rey. Thank you so much. You don't know how much this means to me.

Rey was serious for a moment then says "if I didn't know how much this means to you, then I would've not planned this surprise for you"

Kriya feels hurt again by rey's words but choose to ignore it and gives him smile in return but rey doesn't smile. Vicky just to ease the atmosphere, "guys chale niche, I am very hungry. Let's see aunty ne kya special banaye hai kriya ke aane ki kushi mein". All just smile and starts to leave the room,

"Rey, muje aapse kuch baat karni thi, 2 mins please" kriya requests rey politely. All the gang leave them alone and goes down. By that time, the servant comes there with kriya's luggage. They both wait for him to leave then kriya looks at rey who was not even looking at her.

"Rey baat kya hai? Why are you upset? I know I am the reason but I don't know exactly merI kaunsi baat itna gussa dila rahi hai aapko"

Rey too wanted to vent out his frustrations so he didn't hide anything.

" tumhari kaunsi baat? Huh. Thank god. Thank god ki tumhe itna tho ehsaas hua ki I am upset with you. Happy to know that tumhe mere baarein mein fikar tho hai atleast"

"What do you mean rey? Aap aise kyun bol rahe ho? I know muje kushi honi chahie thi yahan aakar but instead all I am doing since I reached here is this rona dona and staying upset thinking about mom and my friends par rey trust me I am trying a lot to come out of that mood and be happy. Thoda waqt tho lagega na rey?"

"Kriya, do you think thumare rone se ya upset rehne se muje gussa aaraha hai?. Hell no. "

"Tho kis baat pe gussa ho mujse rey?"

" kriya what I am to you?"

This sudden question shocks both of them. Not because they don't wanted to accept that they have already started liking each other but because till now they didn't speak about the marriage proposal directly.
After couple of moments of awkward silent,

"I meant, wo ahh, you know...huh forget it. Par kriya muje taklif iss baat se horahi hai ki you don't even trust me to share your emotions. I can understand how you are feeling today coming here, leaving the people who are integral part of your life. How bad you must be feeling. Aur ye baat tum sab ke saath share kar sakte ho lekin mere sath nahi. When I asked you, returning from airport, you didn't share anything with me but ghar pahuchte hi sabke sath share karne lagi apne emotions. Kyun kriya? Kuch jada na sahi, kya tum muje apne ek acche dost bhi na manti ho ki tum cheese share kar sako mujse?"

Kriya smiles at reys words. She had tears in her eyes but she was smiling at reys words.

"What? Maine koi joke nahi sunaya. Forget it main hi kuch jada expect kar raha hoon shayad. Let's go down" saying this rey turns to leave from there but kriya holds his wrist and stops him.

When rey turns, kriya hugs him tightly which shocks rey. Kriya waits till rey accepts her hug and when rey too holds her tightly, she confesses

" rey, what do you think? Ye jo bhi maine Payal mom, swayam ya nanu se cheese share ki maine aate hi, aapko lagta hai baat utni hi hai? No rey. There are more things or emotions which I have experienced for the first time in life today. And trust me rey, flight mein I kept on thinking that when I reach here, 1st thing I do is hug you tightly like this and share everything with you. But maine dekhi rey kaise aapki smile stop hui muje upset dekh kar, when I was approaching you in airport. Then I realised you were actually excited to meet me but I was thinking to cry hugging you. So maine socha it's not a right time to share with you. May be today night I will sit with you and talk to you everything. Jo bhi maine neeche sabse share ki, it was all what they were expecting I might be feeling. But there are many more things rey. May be I felt them because of you..." she realizes what she was saying. She actually didn't realize she will share with rey to this extent that she almost expressed she has already accepted rey in her life, as a companion. She steps back from the hug. But rey takes the next step, he gently holds her face, kisses her forehead. He stays like that for a long time. She needed it, he understood that and he wanted to do that as that was the perfect moment he can push away all his doubts about this relationship. Kriya's honest words clearly stated what is this relationship to her, what place rey holds in her life.

After sometime when all his thought come to a conclusion, rey opens his eyes and free her from the kiss and hugs her for few moments before releasing her completely.

"You okay?" Rey asks kriya as he felt her hot breath when he kissed her. Though the kiss was nothing intimate, it was just a symbol of their growing comfort and trust in the relationship. But it was sudden and kriya did not expect it or for that matter, it was spontaneous from rey's side too.

Kriya just whispers "hmm".

Rey clears his throat and says "let's go down, mm wait, if you want you can go freshen up. I will wait for you down."

"Noo..I mean.. yes..yes I want to freshen up but you don't go please. I will come with you down stairs. Just give me 2 mins. Please" kriya requests hesitantly and nervously.

Rey understanding her nervousness replies "sure. No problem"..

Kriya took a dress from her suitcase and went to restroom to change. After 8-12 mins kriya comes out, rey was checking mails in his cell. When he completes in couple of mins kriya says "let's go". That is when rey looks at kriya and she was looking beautiful in white Salwar click , his favorite color. Rey saw her first time in Indian outfit. He had seen her pics in which she was wearing saree and Salwar but live :D, first time. He couldn't get what to say or how to react for couple of seconds.

When kriya doesn't gets any response from rey "hello. Kya hua? Why are you looking at me like that?(checking herself again is there any problem with her dress or make-up)"

"Huh.. nothing. Let's go. Oh ..mm.. looking nice in salwar"

Kriya understood his stare then..she blushes and says "thanks". Rey smiles at her cute blushing and takes her pic with his cell.

Rey : I think I too should have such a board(wooden board) in my room.

Finally updated this story. But i couldn't cover everything I planned for this update. So next update will be hopefully the continuation of the same scene. Can't say, kuch aur dimaag mein aaye tho scene change bhi kar sakti hoon but I don't think so kyun ki originally jo plan hai that's how I want the scene to complete. Huh kya bole ja rahi hoon main? :D . Please review and hit on like button.
