Idea for Pankhuri's Return..

My idea is that Poonam the doctor is treating Panku in coma. So she survived the accident but has been stuck in coma for the last 2 years, and cannot speak or more. Poonam doesn't know much about her like her name, and extra. She will meet Ambika and learn that they could be connected, and about Adi and think maybe Ayesha and Panku are twins? This could lead to conflict, but then Adi finds out about Panku alive in coma, and goes to her. He stays with her and she wakes up and all is well, and Ayesha is happy but then meets a new dude at the hospitial and they get married! SO IT WORKS OUT FOR EVERYONE.
