To me it was more surprising when he was first selected... they selected a person from *Dubai* while before they were saying they are looking for talent with in india ..blah blah blah ... then despite being average he was selected .. so if they selected him there must be some reason (ofcourse unknown) either because of some big back support or a charachter which can create some drama later in the show ( I can clearly see a potential) so to keep him they couldn't let him sing again don't you think it become real obviouse then.. so I was not surprised when he was not call back to sing 😊

Dewey looks like you have a point. I did not think of it that way.
I was also not impressed with Ira Sharma, Anchal Khurana and Supriya Pathak. I would be interesting to see how far they make it and what other controversies are created.

Anchal Khurana is anyway out and has made way for immensely talented Priyani Vani... I would have actually liked to see Tanushree asked to go as well and Vidya, Hritisha come in her place

Anchal is gone .. and the rest two I don't remember may be their performances were not attractive enough for me to remember 😃

yaa to koi buhut achaa ho to yaad rahta hay ya phir bura .. may be they are somewhat in between 😆

I think I missed Tanushree's performance, but I would have voted for Vidya anytime. She was very good. Dunno what Alka meant by "Aap jayda hi bhavuk ho rahi thi". Hrishita, I dont remember, where did she audition?

Vidya, Hrishita and shubhankar all 3 should have been included along with Kaushik. I dont remember Tanushree i watched all the shows though.

I agree entirely that Shaan is a great host!!!
When will this programme be aired abroad?! 😕
