Did Shaurya really rape Payal?

Ok so I am new to this show. I just started watching it today because my cousin said it was a good show. I started with the very first episode (April 14) but I have already read the summary online. I know that Shaurya rapes Payal and that Payal and Nitya/Durga had flashbacks of it and also Shaurya confessed. But I have only reached like episode 5 sand don't know any details. Is it 10000% confirmed Shaurya is the sinner? Is there any slight chance that Shaurya is innocent and did not rape? Like maybe Payal imagined him raping her for some reason and Shaurya lied when he admitted to committing this crime?? Like I said I only reached episode 5 and I don't know anything that is why I am asking- because i was reading old comments and everyone seemed to love Shaaurya and Shaurya/Durga chemistry but it was all ruined when it was confirmed that Shaurya committed this heinous crime but some people were having doubts that he did not do it because it was not clear in the show.

Yes he did rape payal
Even we all were hoping that this news is not true in the beginning but he confessed it and also there will be a flashback after a few episodes where they will show what actually happened that day 🤢

Yes, it's true! Shaurya did rape Payal twice times a night! It was horrible/shame!

Shaurya and his friends raped Payal. Shaurya threatened to do same to Divya if she spoke the truth. The entire sequence is in first week of June episodes.

His parents admitted covering up his crime.

Commissioner admitted destroying the DNA report that confirmed Payal was raped by Shaurya.

Till date he and his friends talk how they did it.

It is CONFIRMED Shaurya is the culprit.

He has more crimes to his credit like buying fake degree, breaking legs of a college classmate, assaulting architect of their company brutally, killing a man at night club, trying to get his cousin Dev killed by hiring an assassin.

Shaurya is proud of himself and never guilty for anything.

That is not revealed yet why and how she married into Goenka family.
