Urmi seriously needs a job

Feeling bad for Urmi's condition though she has herself dug her grave by being lenient with Samrat always... She should have put her foot down when he beat her up and should never have bailed him out. Rather it would be better if she had left him before the birth of Shaurya. So difficult for a woman , whose family didn't let her get qualified enough,to get a jobin this world. That is the necessity of good education for girls. Urmi must be a simple graduate. Nowadays the competition is so high everywhere. How difficult it must be for her to earn a living (she won't get a high paying job it is obvious), fulfill her son's education and that too without a single hope of help from her useless family...
I would like Annu to try to get a job seeing Urmi's condition and support her sister. She looks fiery enough in the whole serial. On a personal note, I feel there should be some respectable jobs like clerks and all for men and women who perhaps couldn't get qualified enough but are in dire need of a job to support themselves. That would somewhat bring down the crime rate too. You know even starting women cabs with women drivers too can actually help a lot of women and be a safety initiative. There is nothing disrespectful in that. If we come closer to reality, there are hundreds of women like Urmi whose economic status maybe worse.

Question is that of economic independence - not of getting a job in an office.

Urmi is a good cook - she can start a catering business - send tiffins to office workers and school-children of working mothers. Or even take up catering orders for private functions.

She can be a good event manager - capitalizing on her experience of managing such get-togethers for Samrat.

She is good at dance and she can start teaching dance to young girls or even to families that call in choreographers for weddings etc.

She can teach in a private school or even take tuition at home for school-children.

Then there are other options like making pickles and other preserved foods, taking cooking classes for young girls.

Fro what they have shown of Urmi - any of these skills is sufficient to enable her to be financially independent. She can add to her qualifications while working in order to get better employment.

The reason I point out these options is because a number of women don't consider themselves as qualified enough when they have a host of practical skills that can make them financially independent. It is not necessary to get an office job - in fact an office job is another form of exploitation - IMO.

knowing from personal experience though, starting up a small business is extremely hard. because start up money is hard to get from banks. they dont want to support someone with no experience. cause if they fail, they wont get that money back.

Urmi needs to act smart over here.. She is talented and she can dance very well so she can start teaching dance in some school or classes and continue her studies with it... She can also take part in some dance competition. I would like her to see as smart worker instead of hard worker. But before that she needs to file divorce case and demand alimony from Samrat as it's her and Shaurya's right. She doesn't need to go to bank for the loan. in fact she can start it on very small scale and earn money for their daily life and the money from alimony can be used for Shaurya and his education. She may not want to use Samrat's money but Shaurya can as he is not solely her responsibility. i wish cvs shows something sensible and practical.

Yes Urmi can start up a small business or a dance class but that is too difficult too... You won't get students so easily and arranging capital for business is tough for such women too with zero family support... Still CVs can show her applying for a loan or something and starting a new life...
Moreover I would love if they show Annu taking up a job and supporting herself and her sister coz she may know now very well that her good for nothing father just wants to rid himself of their responsibilities. Dadi is useless as well. Urmi's mother hardly has any position in the house. The least said about Asha the better.
