hey, does anyone remember an episode very soon after the leap when prem andpalchin are talking, and palchin mentions another kid aside from dhara. was that a boy? Where is he?

Is Palchin the same char or has she changed from that first day Palchin char...sorry I don't have real names yet.

Tushar has 4 daughters if I'm not mistaken. Prem's other child is a son I think. If you guys remember, when the leap happened it was mentioned in articles that Prerna has 7 granddaughters and only 1 grandson. I believe that grandson is Prem's son. 😊
