But Rajveer has not heard the Boss voice, so he can't know if it's his dad or not....

It was Nair who was talking with him, not Rajveer....

And even when the was car was showen, and Rajveer was kidnapped in the house, the boss was out side, so Rajveer could not see or hear him....

So it might be Gehlot is the boss, u don't know, sab kuch ho sakta hai!!!!....
