KK turns her back on Su.. Su is in tears and tells KK not to turn back on him like time has. KK tells Su she has nothing else left but to turn away from everything..she wonders aloud as to what went wrong in their relationship..how could Su not realise she was hurting..KK says she is heartbroken and asks Su as to what happened between them.. Su finally tells her that whatever he did was for KK.. He explains to KK that he did not tell her anything in the beginning coz she was unwell and didn't want to hurt or disturb her with any such thing. Su tells KK it all started from the time they returned from the farmhouse.. he kept lieing to her one after the other and it snowballed into something so large. Su says the more he tried to run forward..the more he kept getting pushed behind.. KK understands everything and apologises to Su for suspecting him..and also blames herself for not reaching out to Su when she knew he was in some sort of a problem which he was hiding from her.. Su assures KK he will do his best to get her out of jail..says he will hire the best lawyers and make sure she does not get convicted. KK says she trusts him more than god.. (Fantastic scene..best is to watch it rather than reading. Emotional yet very powerful moment.. Fab acting by both Husein & Juhi👏👏)

Nivi looks at KK and smiles her devilish smile..

BREAK..

Dadaji consoles Dadi and tells her to have courage.. Dadi says with KK gone, all her courage is gone.. Dadi insists that they do anything to bring back KK.. Kul assures Dadi that Su is trying his best and now they will do everything in accordance to the law. Veena says KK has always put others before her and suffers herself.. Veena realises this could be what Kulguru had indicated.. Veena says she will no longer have faith in God if KK does not return home safe and sound..

Nivi meets KK in jail..cries and tells KK how she and Su tried their level best not to bring KK to such a condition..but all their efforts failed. Nivi apologises to KK for not doing enough to save her.. Nivi goes on to tell KK how lucky KK is to have a husband like Su who has left no stone unturned to get KK out of jail.. KK says she is not lucky but unlucky as she suspected Su.. Nivi then tells KK she wanted to tell her something but is unable to understand if she should or not..she says its about Su. KK insists Nivi tell her.. Just then KK hears Dadaji's voice..arguing with someone.. Nivi says she will look into the matter..

Nivi asks Dadaji what happened.. Dadaji says KK is unwell and so he has brought home cooked food for KK but the hawaldar is not allowing him to meet KK.. Hawaldar says he has Tiple's orders to not let anyone meet KK.. Nivi asks to meet Tiple.. Nivi tells Dadaji she will talk to Tiple to let Dadaji meet KK..

BREAK..

Su is at the lawyer's office.. Su tells the lawyer..Sanghvi..to do anything but prove KK is innocent.. Sanghvi asks Su why is he so worried if he knows his wife is innocent..tells Su that nothing and no one can prove KK is the culprit if she is not. Sanghvi goes over the case details..asks Su that according to the police they found KK's fingerprints on the glass but that does not prove that KK had given Katara poison..

Sanghvi and Su meet KK in jail.. ask her as to what happened that night. KK says she gave Katara water that night.. Su is shocked and tells KK its not possible as she was unconscious/sleeping.. KK tells Su and Sanghvi (in flashback) that she heard Katara call out for water..and gave him some water to drink.. Su is upset as to why did KK have pity on someone like Katara.. KK says it was just a matter of giving him water..she never thought it would come to this stage. Su asks Sanghvi if there is any other way out.. Sanghvi says KK needs to lie in court that her fingerprints sure were there on the glass but she never gave Katara anything.. KK disagrees and says she cannot lie in court... Su tries to convince her to lie and that this is their only way out. KK is not convinced and says she cannot lie just to save herself..and even if she does, she will not be able to live with the burden.. Su and Sanghvi are left speechless..

PRECAP: Outside the court, Dadaji tells that he believes the truth wins agains all odds.. and also believes KK will win.

Everyone outside the court waiting for KK.. All look at her disheartened.. Dadi gets emotional and tells the police that KK is innocent.. KK tells Dadi to calm down and nothing will happen to her..she will be released soon. Dadaji tells KK that he believes truth always prevails..and KK is the symbol of truth..she will win this battle too. Su puts his hand on KK's head..quietly assures her that all will be fine. Tiple says there's no time for emotional bonding..they need to go in before the judge arrives. On their way in, Nivi stops KK and apologises to her..tells KK that she is going through so much only coz of her.. KK tells Nivi to not think like that..with Nivi as her true friend, nothing will happen to her.. KK leaves.. Nivi smiles that KK is in this condition only coz of her..

Inside the courtroom, the case proceedings start. The prosecutor starts off saying that Katara was a noble man who wanted to live with his wife but KK did not want that.. Sanghvi (defence lawyer) says Katara was anything but a noble man..moreover KK had no motive to kill Katara and to prove that he requests to first call on Nivi as a witness.. Sanghvi asks Nivi what kinda person Katara was.. Nivi says that Katara was an evil person..he used to harass her, had relations with other women and was after her only coz of her property.. The prosecutor then asks Nivi, that however she explained Katara was only in the four walls of their house. If Katara was indeed so evil, why did she go with him to the farmhouse alone. Nivi says she went coz she did not want to further trouble KK and her family.. He asks Nivi if she was troubling KK.. Nivi says Katara was. The prosecutor goes on to prove that KK indeed had a problem with Katara for whatever reason which is motive enough to kill someone.. Nivi insists that Katara was evil.. Lawyer says if Katara was evil how come there is no case against him in any police station. This goes on to prove that he was not evil but a good person. KK looks towards Su.. Su signals her to stay calm..everything will be fine. Nivi is asked to leave..she turns around and smiles..

BREAK..

The prosecutor says he will further prove that KK had problems with Katara..and requests to call on Dadi. He asks Dadi if Katara was staying in their house.. Dadi says yes and that Katara was an evil person.. Lawyer asks Dadi how was he evil.. Dadi goes on to explain that he would eye the young ladies in the house and also carried a gun.. He then asks Dadi what sorta relations KK and Katara had.. On hearing that Sharman gets up from his seat in anger..but Dhruv calms him down.. In all his cross-questioning, lawyer again proves that KK indeed had a problem with Katara.. Sanghvi then asks for a 15 minute break before the hearing goes on any further..

KK's court hearing is in the news..and Aashka finds out watching the news at home. Aashka is shocked and insists that she wants to meet her mother and be with her family. Abhishek tells Aashka that so much happened and how come no one from the family informed her.. Aashka does not see all that and insists that she wants to be with the family.. Abhi discourages her from going as she is not in the condition and also it may affect the child..

Sanghvi tells the family that all of them speaking the truth is not going to help their case which is weak in any case.. Dadi is upset that just coz she spoke the truth KK might be in trouble.. Sanghvi looks toward Su about the position they are in..

BREAK..

Back in the courtroom.. lawyer goes on to call, one by one, Dadaji, Kul, Veena for their statements (all in silent mode) and it seems like somehow all their statements are going against KK.. Lawyer asks Methi chacha if Katara ever behaved badly with him.. Methi chacha recollects that once Katara put a knife to his throat.. Lawyer asks him what happened after that..how did KK react? Methi chacha says that KK was angry and told him off.. Lawyer puts it in a way that KK threatened Katara..

He then calls Su onto the witness box.. He asks Su what conspiracy he and KK were planning against Katara that night.. Su says they were not planning anything..instead Katara was plotting against them.. Lawyer asks Su if they were not planning against Katara, then how is it possible for things in the farmhouse to have SuKK's fingerprints all over.. Su wonders what things have his fingerprints on them.. The lawyer then shows the knife that has Su's fingerprints.. Su recollects how he grabbed the knife from Surekha and ran inside the farmhouse.. Su is shocked..

PRECAP: Sanghvi is with Su and he wonders how come the prosecutor knows so many details about the Wadhwa's and things that happened in their house.. Su takes onto that and says no one from the family will give out so many details.. Su wonders if it could be Nivi..

The prosecution lawyer asks Su if he is surprised that they have the knife..something they all probably forgot about. Su gets tensed..recollects how he got the knife from Surekha. The lawyer tells Su that he probably conspired to kill Katara with the knife..when that didn't work out, they got KK to poison Katara. Su tells the lawyer that they never conspired to kill Katara..he had the knife only for self-defence.. Su narrates the entire incident to the judge of how he met Surekha outside the farmhouse..the lights went off..Su heard Nivi screaming..took the knife from Surekha and ran inside.. Su tells everyone that the day before the farmhouse incident Katara was beating Nivi in and they intruded only to save Nivi..and like any normal person, they only threatened Katara to stay away from Nivi. Lawyer turns another leaf and asks Su how did KK threaten Katara..what words did she exactly use. Su turns around to the lawyer and tells him (very sarcastically) that so many days have passed and he does not remember word by word what KK said.. Lawyer then implies that KK was keen on having a relationship with Katara..something that she wasn't getting from Su.. Su gets very angry and catches the lawyer's collar and threatens to kill him if he says anything about KK. The lawyer tells the judge that those were the exact same words KK used to threaten Katara..and he spoke against KK only to prove his point. Su realises that his statement also went against KK.. Su looks at KK apologetically and returns to where he was sitting.. The judge orders for a recess. Su literally slumps onto the bench.. KK wants to go to Su but the police stop her. KK loudly says that this is no way of getting justice..where her own family is used against her. KK admits to threatening Katara..but a mere threat does not imply she killed him. KK keeps saying she did not kill Katara..while the police lead her out of the court.. Su is totally heartbroken about the turn of events and reminicses about the happy times they spent together..

BREAK..

Su questions Sanghvi as to why he did not speak up when the lawyer was asking everyone so many questions that their statements went against KK.. Sanghvi says coz the prosecutor knew so many details about the case and what happened within Wadhwa house..things that even he didn't know. Sanghvi wonders how could he know so much..asks Su if Methi could've given him so much information. Su says Methi is like their own family member..he would never go against the family. Sanghvi says it has to be someone who was in Wadhwa house throughout..who has given out so many details.. Su says it can't be anyone from the family..then thinks and wonders if Nivi could be the one..

Su rushes out and asks Dhruv & Sharman if they have seen Nivi.. Both say Nivi has gone the other way.. Su wonders why Nivi would go towards the prosecutor lawyer's office.. Su rushes towards there..

Nivi, Tiple and the lawyer..each one laud the other's efforts in bringing the case to this stage.. The lawyer and Tiple both tell Nivi she is the main person..they are mere players in her game. Just then Nivi sees Su's shadow and changes tracks.. Nivi starts pleading with the lawyer to save KK.. Both the lawyer and Tiple are confused..Nivi signals to them that Su is standing outside.. Tiple and lawyer play along and tell Nivi to leave from there.. Su hears all this and is confused.. Nivi comes out of there and sees Su standing there..

BREAK..

Back in the courtroom.. the lawyer calls on Tiple to the witness box. Lawyer asks Tiple what he found in the crime scene.. Tiple says he found the glass next to Katara's body.. On investigation, they found KK's fingerprints on the glass, forensic reports showed traces of poison in the glass and the same in Katara's body.. Sanghvi then questions Tiple..tells him that just coz KK's fingerprints were on the glass, it does not imply that KK killed Katara.. To prove his point, Sanghvi demonstrates how just coz he touched drank water out of a glass, naturally his fingerprints will be there..and if any other person drank from the same glass, it does not mean he has given water to the other person.. The prosecutor agrees with Sanghvi..and finally asks KK if she gave Katara water to drink that night.. KK recollects how both Sanghvi and Su tell her not to speak the truth in court.. Finally, KK admits that she gave Katara water to drink.. Everyone are shocked.. Nivi is happy..

PRECAP: Prosecutor calls on an eye-witness of the case.. Su, Nivi and everyone else turn around to see who it is..

KK admits to giving Katara water that night.. The judge asks KK if she knows what she is saying.. KK says she is speaking the truth..and adds that as much as she is speaking the truth about giving Katara water..the truth also is that she did not kill him. The prosecution lawyer then tells the judge that on 5th June..after they all slept, KK went out towards the car and got the poison bottle out, gave it to Katara..all while Su & Nivi were asleep.. Su is shocked.. Sanghvi laughs at the prosecution lawyer and tells him that he makes up good stories..and he should work with Abbas-Mustan (bollywood directors)! The prosecution lawyer tells Sanghvi that he is most welcome to laugh at him..but he will prove his point..and requests the judge to call on an eye-witness. Everyone are shocked and turn around looking towards the door to see who it is.. Its Surekha..

The prosecution lawyer begins to question Surekha.. Surekha says she was at the farmhouse that night as Katara had asked her to clean the place.. Surekha says she knew something was fishy..and was sure about it when the lights in the farmhouse suddenly went off.. She says she got scared and fled from there..and bumped into a man. Surekha looks towards everyone and points at Su..tells the judge that she bumped into Su..he grabbed the knife from her basket and ran inside.. Surekha then says that later in the night, she came back to the farmhouse to check if she had not left anything behind..and saw KK take out something from her car.. Flashback shot of KK looking through the car and finally picking up something from the ground.. The prosecution lawyer asks KK if that happened.. KK fumbles and says she did go out.. But before KK can complete her sentence, the lawyer catches on KK admitting that she went out that night.. KK tries to say that she never had the poison bottle.. Su gets up and says that Surekha is lieing..he had bumped into her that night and Surekha is the one who killed Katara. The judge tells Su to say whatever he wants to in the witness box..

Su comes onto the witness box and tells the judge that Surekha is lieing..she killed Katara and is framing KK. Su says that Katara cheated on Surekha and she took her revenge by killing Katara.. The judge asks Surekha if thats the truth.. Surekha gets nervous and looks towards Nivi.. Nivi, in turn, looks towards Tiple.. Tiple interrupts and tells the judge that Su had brought Surekha to him as the real murderer..but on investigation, he found out that Su had bribed Surekha with 40lakhs into admitting the crime just to save KK.. The prosecution lawyer asks Su if he gave Surekha that much money.. Su admits to giving Surekha money..but only for her daughter's future. The lawyer turns Su's statement into proving his point that KK did commit the crime and tells the judge that such people deserve to be hanged.. Su keeps screaming that KK is innocent and she did not kill Katara.. The judge says that its proved KK killed Katara..but he will give out his verdict the following day.. Family is shocked.. KK slumps onto the witness box floor..Su sees KK and rushes towards her.. Su tells KK that everything will be alright and he will get her out of there..The police pull Su away from the witness box.. On the other side, police is taking KK away.. Su is fighting through the police to go to KK..anf finally manages..only to be pulled apart again.. The police take KK away..Su is struggling with his emotions and finally Dadaji hugs him and kinda calms him down.. (Its a must watch scene..better to watch than read. Hu was outstanding!)

BREAK..

The police take KK towards the police van.. whole family behind KK. KK looks towards Dada-Dadi, Kul & veena and remembers their happy times together.. Su is standing outside the court, looking at KK go..Su totally heartbroken. Nivi is standing by Su..trying to console him. Abhishek & Aashka reach the court. Just when KK is getting onto the police van Aashka sees KK..is shocked and calls out to KK. KK is happy at seeing Aashka.. Both Aashka & KK try going towards one another, but are stopped by Abhishek and the police on both ends.. KK climbs onto the van.. Aashka is crying.. As the van moves, Dadi follows behind the van calling out to KK.. Dadi faints.. Su sees Dadi faint and rushes towards them. Dadaji & Sharman put Dadi in the car.. Su tells Sharman to go home..tells Kul to call the doctor. All leave. Nivi tells Su they should also go home.. Su tells Nivi to go home and be with Dadi..he has to go someplace else. Nivi asks Su where he has to go.. Su says 'kahin jaana hai'.. Nivi sees Su leave..smiles at everyone's condition..

BREAK..

Back home.. the doctor tells Dadaji that Dadi is in shock..tells him to keep her away from any further shock. Dadaji tells Dhruv & Sharman to get the medicine.. Dadi calls out for KK.. Dadaji explains to Dadi that God is with KK..He will surely take care of her as she is the symbol of truth..nothing will happen to KK. Dadi says until KK does not return home she will neither eat nor drink anything.. Veena comes there and tells Dadi that she herself always explains everyone else to be courageous..and if she does not herself have courage, how will KK or anyone else be able to go along.. Veena gives Dadi juice to drink..Dadi refuses..says she will not drink until KK returns..

Nivi comes in and tells Dadi that she feels KK will surely return home soon.. Nivi tries taking the glass of juice from Veena..but, in anger, Veena throws the glass on the floor instead.. Veena accuses Nivi of being responsible for KK's condition.. Nivi is shocked.. Veena says its from the time Nivi came into KK's life that everything has gone wrong.. KK is going through hell only coz of Nivi.. Nivi looks at Veena and expresses shock at everything that Veena said.. Nivi tells Veena that she has always wanted KK to be happy..with her family. She has always treated KK as her sister.. Veena slaps Nivi and again accuses her and tells her to leave them all alone..to get out of the house. Veena tells everyone they will not stop her this time.. Nivi turns around and leaves..but vows revenge on the whole family for the slap Veena gave her..

Nivi leaves Wadhwa house in rage over being slapped by Veena.. On the other end, a lady dressed as a sanyasan is entering Wadhwa house and Nivi wonders who the lady is.. Surprise Surprise.. its Sukanya Bua! Nivi keeps looking at Sukanya Bua and vice versa..wondering who the other is. Nivi leaves.. Sukanya Bua enters Dadi's room and calls out for her.. Everyone are shocked and surprised to see Sukanya Bua. Sukanya Bua tells everyone she is back..but is most hurt that so much happened in the family and no one informed her.. Dadaji tries to explain but she doesn't listen.. Sukanya Bua then vows that she will not eat or drink anything until KK does not return home..

BREAK..

Su meets KK in jail.. He profusely apologises for not being able to do anything for her. KK tells Su that maybe this is how long she had of her life..maybe this is what was written in her destiny. Su says its not destiny's fault..its his own fault that he couldn't save her. Su keeps telling KK that he lost..that KK she has done so much for the family..for him..he got one chance to do something for her..to save her but he couldn't even do that.. Su literally bangs his head on the lock-up railings..but KK puts her hand to save Su from getting hurt and in the process gets hurt herself. Su realises KK's finger is bleeding, and instinctively sucks the blood off her finger.. Su tells KK not to think he will give up..says he will try his best to get her out of jail.. The police constable comes and tells Su that time is up.. On his way out, Su assures KK that he will fight till his last breath..

Su is sitting outside the police station, in the rain..crying over everything that happened..keeps saying he could not do anything to save KK. Su gets a call..its Nivi.. Nivi tells Su that she has found out a way to save KK.. Su tells her he is coming there immediately.. Nivi grins and says now Su will find out the other side of Nivi..Nivi looks into the mirror and says..earlier Su was with her..now he will get closer to her!

Back in Wadhwa house - Outside its raining heavily, thunder, lightening and all.. Dadi says that she feels something is going to terribly go wrong tonight.. Veena tells Dadi not to think too much.. Nivi was the bad omen in their house..in KK's life..now she has gone and will never return.. Veena reminds Dadaji about Kulguru's prediction..that an outsider will come and create havoc.. On the other side Nivi is shown putting on some make-up.. Veena says Kulguru said she will have proof of some injury on her body.. Nivi is shown wearing a payal and a sign of an injury on her ankle.. Veena says Kulguru said she will wear blood colour ornaments and clothes.. Nivi is wearing a waist band with a red stone on it and a maroon saree..

BREAK..

Su enters the house where Nivi called him.. wonders why Nivi called him to 'Prem Nivaas' (Dada-Dadi's dream house!). Nivi comes face to face with Su.. Su asks her what does she have that they can save KK. Nivi tells him to relax and asks him won't he ask her why she called him to Prem Nivaas? Su says he was just thinking about it.. Nivi says she knows how much the house means to both him and KK.. Su says all that can be spoken about later.. Nivi tells Su she bought the house..says its a gift from her to him. Su is shocked.. Nivi says the person who bid the highest at the auction of the house..she bought him! Su is more shocked.. Nivi gives him the documents of the house and tells him the house is all his.. Su again says they can talk about this later and asks her about her idea to save KK.. Nivi points towards the window.. Su is shocked to see Katara alive! Katara looks towards Su..laughs and in his inimatable style says 'sab changa hai'. Su keeps looking towards Katara, in complete shock..back at Nivi..back towards Katara. Katara moves from there and Su runs behind him.. but doesn't find Katara. Su comes back to Nivi and says now he realised that getting KK into jail was a well thought of saazish.. Nivi tells Su she knows..after all if she doesn't know her own plan..who will? Su is shocked at the disclosure.. Nivi says right from framing KK in the murder case till her punishment..all was her plan. Su grabs Nivi by the throat and threatens to kill her for all that she did.. Nivi says he can kill her..but if she dies, how will he save KK, coz only she knows about Katara.. Su lets go of her.. Nivi tells him only she can show him the way to save KK..or else she will be hanged. Su asks her what does he have to do.. Nivi gives him 2 options..either he accept KK's premature death or KK se bewafai! Su is shocked..

Su asks Nivi why does she have so much hatred within her..especially towards KK who has done so much for her.. Nivi says whatever KK did to her..she is only giving it back. Nivi says KK took away her husband from her.. Coz of KK her father died..and so, now she wants to do the same with KK.. Nivi tells Su that he is KK's soul..the love of her life..and she wants to take that away from her. Su tells Nivi that just like Radha-Krishna & Ram-Sita cannot be seperated..SuKK also can never be seperated..be it this life or any life. Nivi tells Su that they will have to seperate from each other..and she will make sure that happens. Nivi again tells Su that if he wants to save KK, he will have to pretend to be in love with her.. Su says that is impossible.. Nivi says he has 12 hours..after which the judge will give out the verdict and KK will be hanged to death.. Su says that will not happen..in the 12 hrs time, he will do whatever it takes to get KK out of jail..and gives Nivi 12hrs instead.. Nivi says he can try as much as he wants.. Su leaves.. but before that, he picks up the house documents from the floor..tells Nivi that never to even try buying SuKK's love..and throws the papers..

Su goes straight to Tiple.. Su tells Tiple that Katara is alive and to come with him and arrest Nivi.. Tiple starts laughing and Su realises that Tiple is involved in the whole plan.. Tiple says his name suggests that he can do anything for money.. Tiple advises Su to listen to what Nivi says..and tells him to leave.

BREAK..

Nivi pays Katara his last installment of the money she had promised him..and tells him to leave town. Katara says its not fair that she is telling him to leave when the real game has just begun. Nivi asks him what he means.. Katara tells Nivi that he has heard her father has left her a lot of property..and directly asks Nivi for 40% of it! Nivi gets angry and the second Katara turns his back, Nivi grabs a bottle and almost breaks it on his head but Katara grabs her hand on time.. Katara tells Nivi not to act too smart with him.. Katara blackmails Nivi..tells her that if his demands are not met, he will go directly to Su.. Su will definitely give Katara his entire property just to save KK. Katara tells Nivi to think about it..and leaves.

Kul, Veena, Dhruv & Sharman are walking barefoot. Veena seems tired and almost stumbles but Dhruv & Kul hold her. A man comes to them and asks them if they are going to Siddhivinayak temple.. Veena says yes, as they have asked for a mannat.. The man tells them that anyone who goes to the temple with faith, always gets what they want.. Veena prays to God to save KK..

KK is sitting in one corner of the lock-up..

Kul, Veena, Dhruv & Sharman walking towards the temple.. On the same street, Katara is walking towards them.. Just before they come face to face, Katara turns his way to a pan wala's shop (as usual..right there..then whoosh!)

BREAK..

Su goes to Surekha.. Surekha asks him why is he troubling her.. Su says he is not troubling her, but he has found out that Katara is alive..her daughter's father is alive. Surekha asks 'what daughter?' Surekha says she has no daughter..she doesn't know who Katara is and has never met him. Su is shocked.. Surekha shuts the door on him.. Su feels helpless..disheartened that all doors are closing on him..and how can he save KK..

Su is driving around town..thinking of ways to save KK. Su realises that the only way to save KK is to get hold of Katara. Su wonders where can he find Katara.. Su is driving..and Katara is walking on that road towards Su's car.. Just when Su & Katara are close enough, another car comes in between them.. When the car moves, Katara is gone.. Su gets out of the car and shouts at the person driving the other car (obviously not realising that Katara just got into it!) Su realises its 5am and he has just 3hrs before the deadline Nivi gave him.. Su feels dejected that he was unable to save KK.. Su recollects how he promised and assured KK that all will be fine.. Su then tells himself that nothing is more important to him than KK..not even himself. Su calls Nivi and tells her that he lost..he will do anything that she tells him to do.. Nivi is happy.. Su is completely heartbroken..

Dada-Dadi, Veena-Kul & Sharman are waiting for Su.. Dadaji asks Sharman to call Su as they are getting late to reach the court.. As Sharman walks towards Su's room, he sees Su is coming out of his room.. Dadaji tells Su to hurry up, they should not get late.. Su tells them to leave and says he is not going with them.. Everyone are surprised.. Dadaji tells Su that KK will ask for him when she does not see him there.. Su says he is going for KK..he is going to get the dreamhouse for her. Veena says that can be done later..right now they need him to be with them in the court. Dadaji asks Su if there is something he is not telling them.. Su tells Dadaji not to ask him any questions..just understand that he is going for KK.. Su leaves.. Everyone else leave for the court.

In court..KK is looking out for Su. Just then the judge comes in, and almost passing his verdict..Tiple interrupts the proceedings. Judge tells Tiple to say what he wants to.. Tiple says that he went back to the farmhouse and found a poison bottle there which did not have KK's fingerprints on it..which clearly indicates that KK did not kill Katara. Judge asks Tiple why he did not invvestigate earlier..Tiple has no answer..but asks for sometime to investigate further. Judge rules out that KK was almost convicted due to the police department's carelessness..but now she is released on bail. Everyone are happy.. KK meets the family..Dada-Dadi say they knew no injusticfe would be done.. KK asks for Su.. Dadaji says that Su did not have the courage to face the situation, hence he didn't come. Veena tells her he has gone to get the dreamhouse they wanted to gift Dada-Dadi. KK says that no matter how weak Su feels, he would never leave KK like this.. KK asks Kul for the car keys, tells everyone to go home and she will come back with Su..

Nivi is watching KK's release on the news channel.. Nivi goes upto Su and tells him that finally he got what he wanted..KK has been released. Nivi offers Su a drink to celebrate KK's release.. Su throws the glass.. Nivi tells him not to be so angry..the more he gets angry, the more KK will go towards her death. KK arrives at the house.. Su & Nivi realise KK has come and Nivi warns Su that KK's life is in his hands now. KK, very slowly, very reluctabtly gets off the car and walks towards the house.. KK opens the door and sees Su carrying Nivi to the sofa and hugging her.. KK is shocked..clutches her mangalsutra in shock. Su is battling through his tears while getting closer to Nivi..

BREAK..

KK is shocked at what she sees and immediately turns around and leaves the house.. Outside, KK, in shock..recollecting all her happy moments with Su, interspersed with what she just saw (background song about 'dil todna' n stuff).

Su lets go of Nivi.. Su turns around and tells Nivi she will not gain anything by doing all this..coz SuKK share an unbreakable bond..no one can break it..not even Nivi. Su says, 'toda unhe jaata hai jo do hon..SuKK ek hain' Su says he will directly go and telle everything to KK.. Nivi turns around and tells him he is most welcome to tell KK everything..tells him not to miss out on any detail.. Nivi says soon after that she will kill Katara and then Su can go around trying to gather proof to save KK. Nivi offers Su a glass of water and tells him to calm down. Su throws the glass away.. Nivi asks him how many glasses will he break..why take out his frustration on the glasses? Su says he will not let her win..he says KK's life is a gift to him , and he will do anything to get KK out of this mess..and she certainly will not win.. Su tells her not to challenge the power of his love.. Su says, 'mere pyar ki taaqat se takrana mat..choor choor ho jaaogi' Su leaves.. Nivi is standing there..flabbergasted that someone can love someone sooo much !

BREAK..

Back in Wadhwa house, everyone are preparing for a pooja for KK. Sukanya bua keeps saying that she knew KK will be freed. KK enters the house, totally heartbroken & dejected. Dadi tells her that the pooja is for her.. Veena gives her a saree and tells her that she has to wear it at sit with Su in the pooja. Veena says she particularly bought a red saree coz Su likes to see KK in red.. KK takes the saree and quietly walks towards her room. Dadaji wonders why KK looks so dejected and wonders where Su is.

Su goes to the mandir..questions God that why is KK going through hell for no fault of hers..

KK enters her room..goes towards Su's pic..yet in shock over what she saw.

Su, in the mandir, pleads in front of God to not seperate him & KK.. Su is dejected and asks what should he do..says he will not leave until he finds a solution.

KK tells herself she can't believe what she saw..but she can't deny it either.. and now she is waiting for Su to return and tell her the truth..
