If they go by what I think they are trying to portray, the switch will happen with the consent of the sisters, knowing everything and out for revenge. All references to Seher in the last episode- the candle blowing, Sanam's dialog about her Apna, her khoon all point towards a positive Seher, who will only look out for her sister
