Guys this the final pratiyogita thread.Not only to celebrate the final winner but also all the pati's and the wonderful journey of this pratiyogita.This pratiyogita started with Anjana's idea to measure and score all the pati's love,dedication and care towards panchali
Though feelings can never be measured but still Anjana came up with wonderful rules and scoring schemes that allowed us to see who the best pati is for StarPanchali and Poojie applied those scoring schemes very well due to which the journey of this pratiyogita has been amazing

And how can i forget all the wonderful members who participated in this thread with their suggestions and protests.Its made the competition even more intreesting.
And then our dear pratiyogi's who preformed very well and gave good support to panchali in every stage of her life.Smaraat with his smarpan,Bhima with his passion,Arjuna with his silent eye locks and the twins with their unflinching care all showed how much they loved panchali and cared for her.
All the pati's gave several standout performances and made us root for them.But as this is praityogita there can only be one winner.But despite that we cant deny that all pati's loved panchali.And now to see who the final winner is at end of this journey scroll down

~~~~CALCULATIONS FOR THE BEST PATI~~~~

BEST PATI = STANDOUT POINTS + TOTAL POINTS TILL DATE + TOTAL NUMBER OF PATI OF THE WEEK WINS

Weightage: 15% (Standout points) + 70% (Points till date) + 15% (#POW wins)

For calculating standout points for the standout out pati, we will multiply his 50 points by 0.15 (15%). For non-standout pati, we will calculate by multiplying ((No of his SOW wins/Total number of SOW) x 50) by 0.15 (15%).

For calculating total points, we will use his total points he has achieved till now. Then multiply this by 0.7(70%).

For calculation the total number of pati of the week wins, we will multiply (No of his POW wins/Total number of POW) by 0.15 (15%).

Adding these three figures will get us the grand total and the one with the highest figure is the winner. 😊

Total points till date (includes +20 for winning in the pati categories):

Yudi = 0.36 + 185.7 + 0.03 = 186.09

Bheem = 7.5 + 276.5 + 0.048 = 284.048

Arjun = 2.5 + 219.56 + 0.048 = 222.108

Nakul = 0.71 + 101.8 + 0.018 = 102.528

Sahdev = 0.31 + 85.7 + 0.006 = 86.016

Hence Bheem is the winner

Thank you sooo much everyone for your appreciation for this thread. Credit for its success and continuance goes to Poojie, Sabhayata, and the winds beneath our wings Abhishek , Shyam & Shani. Also to contributors like Shani, Diala, Urmilla, Yukhti, Rushika, Anu, Bheegi, Vrish, Mrs. IFBheem, Darklight, Nikki, Shobha, Sscomp, Frappie, Devashree, Krishna_Nair, Abhi-Pundir (who quits the thread every other day btw!😆), and others who participate and debate the daily scores. Then there are our time to time friends like Lola & Santhiyaa, our silent observers who pipe up every once in awhile to vote for their favorite or a voting scheme, and our new members like Bharti, Angeala, and Simantini. If this thread is a success then its because of each and everyone of you and others like you.

I loved that except for the little one every Arya had a cheering section. This resulted in some passionate discussions from time to time. The loudest cheering section on this thread was of course Arya Arjuna's. Poojie and I would exchange PMs from time to time and commiserate about it especially whenever we took marks away from MahaNayak. Still we had a unwavering agreement that the only thing that mattered was Panchali, consistency, and transparency. Another strength along with our firmness is that unlike StarBhisma and the Holy Trinity in the Kaurav camp we were willing to hear any and all objections. We didn't always agree, but we definitely did our best to hear everyone out and do what we thought was fair in the circumstances. Your continued support suggests we succeeded for most part in keeping your faith in us as impartial judges. 😳

I have done some crazy things on IF...this definitely makes the TOP 3 though and its been my pleasure sharing this journey and scrutinizing the most complex of StarBharat Rishtas with you.

Bheema has been my favourite from the very beginning.. He is passionate, expressive, protective, fearless, straight forward, loving, dedicated and caring.. At the same time, he is short tempered, impulsive, possesive, vengeful, unforgiving.. He has such beautiful contrasting personality.. He is the actual hero who slays the main antagonist.. He slays numerous rakshasas, Jarasandh, Keechak, and of course the Kauravas..

Yet he is always overshadowed, always second in line, everytime.. He loved Panchali with all his heart yet he never got the same love..His love for Panchali was unconditional, beyond boundaries.. Even today, he does not have the same respect that Arjuna or Karna has.. He is always the unsung hero.. He is the second turn..

And this is the man whom I love with all my heart..

I love you, Vriku, forever ..
