Balika Vadhu Written Update 13th August 2014

The episode starts with Subhadra tying the Rakhi on Daddu's wrist and asks for shagun. Daddu gives her money. Then Sanchi ties the Rakhi on Shiv's wrist and feeds him sweets. Shiv gifts her. Daddu gives money to Sanchi on Mahi's behalf. Sanchi then ties the Rakhi to Hardik. Hardik gives her money as shagun. Sanchi ties the Rakhi to Anandi and Gulli also. Alok says, we shall have food now. Anandi asks Sanchi to tie Rakhi to Amol also. Sanchi ties the Rakhi. Amol gifts her flower. Sanchi thanks him.

Ganga comes to Gauri not in nurse outfit but in her usual dressing .Gauri is surprised seeing her but praises her she is looking very lovely she is looking like she is a member of this family She asks Ganga is it something special today O I remember today is Rakshabandhan that's why you are dressed like this Ganga says yes and Dadisaa called you outside to celebrate festival too .Gauri becomes happy hearing this

Outside Gauri is sitting with Abhimanyu in her lap . Dadisaa ties rakhi to Jagya. Jagya takes her blessings Dadisaa then ties rakhi to Nandu Nandu takes her blessings Mannu cutely says Mannu also wants to get Rakhi tied Everyone smiles Gauri says to Ganga your both children are very cute Mannu makes anyone smile by just looking at him and this young one his face is smiling You must be thinking if your sons would have a sister she would tie Rakhi to them too . Dadisaa says who told you they don't have sister Bhairavi is their sister . Gauri is surprised . Dadisaa continues last year too Bhairavi tied Rakhi to Mannu This year she will tie rakhi to all her four brothers Jagdish , Nandu , Mannu , Abhimanyu . Gauri is stunned hearing this . Dadisaa asks Gehna to make Bhairavi tie Rakhi to her brothers Gehna does the rituals on Bhairavi's behalf Gauri is slightly feeling jealous of Ganga

Shiv is talking to someone on phone. Then he gets a call from Anandi and she starts laughing. Anandi says, she is happy thinking about their holidays. Shiv says ok we will plan soon. Anandi says, she is very happy. Anandi gives him flying kiss. Shiv says, I am sure something has happened to you. Shiv smiles. Anandi seems to be inebriated and laughs continuously. She thinks something has happened to her. She says, love and laughs.

Subhadra tells Daddu that the sweets are tasty and brings jalebis for the family. Anandi comes inside with Amol and behaves like a kid. Everyone is shocked. Daddu is surprised and thinks what he is seeing. Meenu says, what has happened to her. Subhadra says, Anandi is looking happy. She thinks her bhaang laddo is showing results.

Badi Haveli:

Everyone is having lunch Gauri is busy bragging She is telling Gehna and Dadisaa what an hectic life she and Jagat had in Mumbai They both were busy running around doing jobs as well as classes and their time was also not same sometimes he would have to go early and sometimes she Sometimes Jagat had to make breakfast for himself They both were so busy and get very less for each other only at night but still they lived a great life They were very happy never had any complain with life . Dadisaa and Gehna are irritated thinking to whom she is fooling .Jagya is speechless. Gauri is lost in Jagya mesmerized by him Ganga comes with mannu and is about to take him to kitchen to make him eat lunch Dadisaa asks her why you are going in kitchen Join us . Gauri is stunned hearing this . Dadisaa says to Ganga sit and have lunch with us ,Ganga does as being told , Gauri tells Ganga I must say you look like part of this family . Dadisaa says yes she is . Gauri is shocked . Dadisaa says I mean she serves you day and night so she is part of this family . Gauri meekly smiles . Ganga and Mannu eat lunch with everyone

Jagya is preparing a report in his room Dadisaa comes to him and tells him she wants to talk something important with him . Dadisaa sits with him and says when you asked permission to bring Gauri here I gave bending in front of Ganga's insistence but the truth is I was never content at heart but now I cannot take it anymore Treat Gauri as soon as possible and send her away I am seeing from the day Gauri has come to this house she is behaving strange and saying strange things which are hurting Ganga Ganga is caught in a big trouble She is the daughter in law of the house and behaving as stranger and always everyone has to be careful not to say anything in front of Gauri I cannot see pain of Ganga . Jagya says I know but I cannot leave Gauri in between the treatment This won't be right I am trying my best she gets on her feet sooner and leaves I am not unaware of Ganga's pain I know she has made the biggest sacrifice and I am not happy seeing her like this but right now Gauri is not in this condition to hear and accept the truth . Dadisaa says I can understand that but you can do at least one thing don't go in front of her until its very very important I am seeing whenever she sees you she starts day dreaming , such dreams which she has no right to see You have to do this for the well of your family . Jagya says you are saying right Till we are hiding truth from Gauri I will have to make sure she won't see such dreams for me which cannot be true. Dadisaa is satisfied hearing Jagya's answer

Shiv comes home and looks at Anandi. Anandi behaves normally and asks him to come inside the room. Shiv says, he was checking her mood. Anandi asks, what happened? Shiv says, you were talking mischievously. Anandi says, she doesn't understand. Shiv shows her some brochure and asks her to tell where she wants to go on a holiday. Anandi says, we can't go now. Shiv says, you said that. Anandi says, she can't think of a holiday and goes. She asks him to help Amol in his studies. Shiv and Amol are seen playing video game. Anandi brings tea for Shiv. Shiv and Amol hide the video game. Shiv makes excuses. Amol says, Papa was also playing. Shiv says no. Anandi takes the video game and asks Shiv to teach Amol else he won't get food. Amol starts studying

Dadisaa is making ladoos for teej in kitchen Ganga comes and sadly asks her you are making ladoos for teej Tausaa just left us . Dadisaa says time and life does not stop for anyone One has to live Tomorrow is your first teej after marriage you should celebrate it . Ganga says I don't feel like, Last year during teej I was not here but I know how Taisaa must have celebrated teej when tausaa was alive Gehna is standing at door and emotionally hears this . Dadisaa says to Ganga this was my son's last wish that everything should remain like before in the house and all kids should always be happy including you and Jagdish so even with simplicity now but we will celebrate teej and do the pooja If you won't celebrate teej Gehna will feel more bad . Ganga sees Gehna standing at door Gehna smiles seeing Ganga and comes to them . Dadisaa says to Gehna this is Ganga's first teej after marriage . Gehna says God must be having some complain from me that's why He did this with me but because of me you won't celebrate teej this is not right I will feel very bad Your husband is with you You should fast for him and do this pooja for him .Ganga emotionally hugs Gehna . Dadisaa smiles seeing her both daughter in laws and love between them

Ira, Meenu. Anandi and Gulli are making laddoos for Teej. Daddu gets happy. Hardik asks about the fast. Anandi tells him that all the ladies of the house will keep fast for their husband's. Meenu tells more about the fast. Hardik asks, what does husband do? Daddu tells him that it is a male dominated society. Hardik says, it is wrong. Why not men keep the fast. He says, he will keep the fast for his Gulli. Daddu gets impressed with him. Gulli tells him that this fast is kept by the ladies only. Daddu declares that all the men of the house will keep the fast. Ira says, they don't agree. Daddu gets emotional as his wife is no more and says he will keep fast for his wife's memories. Ira promises to make the Teej memorable. They smile

At dinner Gauri asks Ganga she will go to home to celebrate teej ? Ganga makes excuse my husband is out of town so Dadisaa asked me to do pooja here Gauri says Dadisaa said right they treat you like part of this family Dadisaa says Fast will only be of Ganga's here but still she wants to celebrate it in grand way so that all would be happy with her and feel spirit of teej All family will be with Ganga Gauri praises Dadisaa you have a very big heart Gauri says to Dadisaa she will also fast shocking everyone Screen freezes on shocked Dadisaa

Gauri thinks she can't fast . she cannot do pooja, but can see Ganga doing Pooja. Jagya and Ganga are doing the pooja. Gauri tries to look at them. Gehna sees her.
