MJ always kept his heart under a tight leash and let his head dictate his life. As the convict MJ, a promise to his mother outweighed any feelings he had developed for Tara and he refused to share the secrets of his life with her. Tara had to struggle to prove his innocence. Even his love confession came out only after some prodding from Radha.

As the Naqaab Posh he let Tara suffer under Rudini and refused to let her know he is alive till his mom pointed out that Tara would gain more strength from knowing he is alive than if she continues to think he is dead. There too he first listened to his head rather than his heart and needed an external force to show him the way.

Now as Balli, he is again facing a dilemma as to whether to believe Tara that he is MJ or be assured that he is indeed Balli. His head is again dominating although his heart strings are pulled quite strongly by Tara's pleas. Now what will be the external force which will unleash his heart from his mind? Laddo? Pari? Om? We will have to wait and see because going by the past track record, Tara always captured MJ's heart but could never let it free itself from his mind and unite with her.

I feel Laddo seeing Tara is a blessing in disguise. Now if she asks him about Sia and lets the name Tara slip out, Balli will get alerted and start believing Tara's words. He will, however, not be able to tell Tara that he trusts her because he will have to keep the facade of her being Sia going to protect her from Laddo/Kala. So we may soon enter into a Phase where Tara keeps trying to revive MJ's memories and Balli trying to twart her efforts not because he does not believe her but because he fears for her life. The trigger for his final admission will be some ext
