Very nice and much needed post. You covered all the points and nothing is left for me to add now. Old viewers' viewpoint, feelings and their experiences could not have been better summed up. You know I got attached to this show very late, mid-April. I had always liked Ashish and Rachana both, but never was a crazy fan of theirs. It was a mere liking. Ashish I noticed and liked right from his 'Apne Jaise Type' days; and Rachana from her "Saat Phere" days. These two were always special. But one look at them together by chance on my TV screen in April, and I got hooked to them like anything. I became their crazy fan; so EMA for me was always about Ragna and Ashna. I watched all old episodes madly in one week and fell in love with them more. Initially I did like Pakhi's character but later on it was only Kalpi and Rachana as Kalpi that I admired, understood and loved. Rachana's epic portrayal of Kalpana and Ashish's Raghav Singhania is something that can never be re-created. Later on CVs did butcher RS character, but whatever initial impression Ashish left on me can never be wiped off. It is sad to see this full of scope show, which had everything going great for it post 17th April, so many new viewers were added in April-May; and they destroyed everything with their own hands. had everything been good, this show would have touched skies.😭
