I think Pammi is just after khavyaa's money and nitya will figure this out and throw her out of the house.
When anjali gives birth to her child something will happened, like the child would be sick or something and khavya would have to donate blood and then he will realise that he was wrong (the kid is actually his). He will ask sorry to anjali and they'll get back together but nitya is still not exposed, this way the story would go on. They will show nitya and anjali's fighting again (anjali back to the nanda house). Anjali will take care of dida and make her well.

I hope we do not need to wait months and they woulod show us that the months have past.
