Yeh Hai Mohabbatein - Love Is Hidden In Care Not Words Star Plus' Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has taken a beautiful turn with Raman (Karan Patel) taking care of Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi). We saw that Ishita recently had a fractured hand. Ishita tried to put on medicine by herself, but wasn't able to put it on properly due to extreme pain. Raman comes and offers to put the medicine on, but Ishita refuses, until Raman tells her that if he forces her, it will hurt more. Raman distracts her by talking while wrapping her hand. Raman ends up telling Ishita that he loves her. He further adds that he believes they were made for each other and that is why other people couldn't last in their lives and then he twists her hand. Ishita screams out in pain and Raman tells her to check if there is any pain. When Ishita finally checks, she realizes there is no pain left. Raman tells her that he did all this drama to fix her hand and that he isn't in love with her.
