It was really cutee the way he said. And Raman didn't mean it for even a nanosecond. He said "akkaa" in Mihika's tone meaning Mihika's akka. And if anyone still has a problem with Raman calling Ishu akka go and watch the Tamil movie "Raja Rani" there is a whole track where the hero's first gf keeps calling him "brotherrr" and she actually loves him .Its only a way of teasing and irritating someone.

So I wish Raman say this to Ishita "Akkaa.. enakku already alu iruku" --no translatn only tamil knowing ppl will understand my bhawna 😆 😆
