Ishu knew that this relationship is for Ruhi, but saying it infront of her only the day after their marriage is inhumane. So, it's time for Raman to cover up for all the mistakes and wrong deeds he did to Ishu. Ishu used to lecture him, but like him she never called his names or insulted after marriage.
