Chapter 1
Paridhii was running late. She glanced at her wrist watch which showed the time 6:45am. She quickly packed her lunch and made sure she was not missing any books and hurried out of her house. Pulled out her bike and started on her way to school.

Paridhi leaves in Vadodara, a city in Gujarat. Her school was just about 6-8 minutes away from her house, if she rides bike. In 11th grade, she had lots of studies to do. But she hardly gets enough time to focus on her studies. She does her best in school, have fun and enjoy every moment of life. Her aim is and dream is that she wants to become a doctor.

She reached school just two minutes before 7:00. She went to her friends were..."Hey," she said when she spotted shourya prince and lavina, "How are you?" She studies in the best decision of all the 11th's. In 11thB you will have everything to live a life. Her other friends also came by at it was time for assembly.
When teachers started coming and they all started to make a line at the back side of the new building where morning assemblies are held. As paridhi was going to take her place, she saw manisha coming towards her.
mani (manisha ) is her dad's friend's daughter and her friend too. She is a year older that paridhi. This means she is in 12th grade and will be leaving for college soon.
Oh! Shoot, pari thought, today is her birthday. She ran towards her and said, "Happy Birthday!"
"Thank you," mani replied back, "I am having a party today and you have to come."
"Okay, I will," pari answered.
"Sure?" manii said, "No excuses afterwards?"
pari laughed and said, "Sure...Don't worry No excuses this time."
"Okay than see you in the evening," mani said and turned around...But she turned back and said, "Come early, you have to help me get ready myself and the house Before the Party' Okay."
"Okay, will be there," pari replied.

After coming home from school, she changed and did half of her homework. She was sitting on computer in her room.
Her room was upstairs facing the front of her house. Her house was of one story building. On the ground floor there was kitchen, dining hall, drawing room, library and a small office where her dad works. On top floor; as you climb up the stairs you see a big room which is the master bedroom, belongs to her mom and dad. To the right was a room which was empty.
That room belongs to no one. Adjacent to that room is another room, which was a little bigger than the other one. That room was used by her favorite cousins sukanya and ankit whenever they come to stay at her house. They have even decorated the room they want it to.
Adjacent to that room was her own room and facing her room was the guest room.
Guest room and her parents room was on the back side of the house on top of kitchen, dining room and half library, and other three rooms facing the front of the house. On top of living room her dad's office and the remaining half of the library.

pari glanced at the time in her computer. It was 3:30pm. Suddenly she got up and said to herself, "I have to go to mani's party and have to bring a present for her too."
She went downstairs and was about to leave house when...
"Where are you going beta?" maina said.
"To the gift store," pari replied.
"Gift store... Why?" maina asked.
"Oh! I forgot to tell you Maa, Today is mani's birthday and she invited me to party...So just going to buy a present for her," pari said.
"Okay... come back soon," maina said.

Yes you guessed it right maina is pari's mom. She is a kind hearted woman. She love pari a lot...and yes from the above conversation pari loves her mom too. pari calls maina Ma'.

After pari came back she went to her room to get ready. She got out her light yellowish sandish colour dress and put her smooth silky hair in a ponytail. Put on light eye shadow, kajal and light pink blush. Put on a small diamond bindi and finally put an off-whitish yellowish heels.
pari put on her dupatta, took her purse and the present she bought for manisha and went down stairs.
"Bye Ma," pari called.
maina came out of kitchen and said, "Bye beta. Take Care...and don't do too much masti."
"I will ma...you don't worry...I will be fine," pari assured her mom.
"Okay, Go now. mani is waiting for you." maina said

In mani's room...pari and manii were both deciding of what mani should wear for party. They both just finished decorating the house and now were sitting on the bed.
"Should I wear jeans and top or dress?" mani asked.
"Hmmm...Lets seee is your boyfriend coming?" pari asked her back.
"Boyfriend??? pari you know I don't have any..."mani said getting angry at pari for saying that again.
"I know yaar...I was just joking." pari replied, "Calm down."
"I am getting...you need to stop doing that to me," mani said.
"Okay... So what you can wear right?" pari asked.

Finally they decided on a sweet cute red top and Capri.
pari put some make-up on mani and combed her hair...leaving it open. mani's cute curls lay on her back.
They both were going to the front yard and were going to sit on the swing. As soon as they opened the front door to find anki and her brother, pranav standing.
"WOW," anki said, "No need to knock."
pranav said happily, "Happy Birthday!"
"Thank you,"mani said.

anki is also Sukirti's dad's friend's daughter and her close friend. ankita is anki's real name. pari calls her anki. ankita's parents call her anki too. anki is in the 11th grade too, But in different school.

The party started. Light song was playing in the background and everyone was busy chatting with each other.
pari,mani and anki were standing in the side of the room and talking. They were thinking of some game to paly.
The room was looking tight and bright. Light blue and white curtains forming beautiful patterns and mani's friends talking and having fun. Colourful dancing light were on in different greenish, bluish and reddish colours.
Suddenly every one was quite. mani, pari and anki looked at everyone. Everyone's mouth was dropped open in awe'. pari looked at mani and than at anki to find them the same as others. pari followed their eyes and saw handsome and a very very cute guy standing at the door.
She shook her head after few moments and closed mani's and anki's mouth and said, "If you want Makhii to get in your mouth than I have fine with that."
Than she looked back at him and found him staring at her. She felt uncomfortable...looked away instantly.

I know...you all are guessing who this guy is.
And let me tell you all that you are guessing it right.
He is rajat.'
rajat studies in the same class as pari and they both sit together on the same bench. Since 11th B is the very mischievous class. They have assigned seats. But this only stays till teacher is in class...after that back to old.
He is wearing jeans and cute red t-shirt with yellowish-sandish colour jacket on. He looks sooo adorable.
Every girl's eyes were on him. They all were so occupied staring at him that they completely forgot where they were.
rajat started walking forward still staring at pari. When he reached them he looked at mani and said, "Happy birthday!" and looked back at pari.
rajat was not expecting to see pari at the party, and it was same with her.
She was not expecting him either.
rajat and mani are friends pari knew that. But she thought, "Atleast mani should have told her that he is coming."
rajat and mani used to ride same rickshaw till they came in 8th grade.

"Hi pari," rajat said.
pari smiled a little and whispered, "Hi."
Hesitantly rajat asked, "You over here...How come?"
pari replied, "You know I could ask you the same question?"
He nodded and said, "Well obviously...But I asked it first."
pari just glared at him.
"rajat, she is my friend. So, she has to be here." mani said.
"Wooowww...Hold on right there," anki said taking back a step, "So you know him?"
"Well...Duh, of course who does not know him," pari replied.
"Hello! Me, what kind of friends are you both, I thought I knew mostly everyone you both know...But..." anki stopped when she saw mani and pari with their hands on their ears.
"Are you done?" mani asked.
By this time pranav patched up with them.
pari turned to anki and said, "You really don't know lots of people..."
"Disadvantage of going to different school," anki said.
mani and anki shook their heads and smiled at their poor friend.

"Where is pari?" mani asked.
"I was looking for her too," anki said.
"I saw her go outside just a minute ago," pranav said...than turning towards rajat," Hey rajat lets go and call pari."
rajat and pranav were walking towards the door when...
"pranav you take this in the kitchen," anki called, "rajat can go and call her."
"Okay," pranav said.

rajat walks up to pari and said, "Enjoying..."
pari jumped and said, "You scared me."
"Sorry," rajat said, "Any ways what are you doing out here?"
pari did not reply to his question.
He stares at her beautiful face and said, "Thinking of Naaglok..."
Hearing this...made pari turn around and
She said, "What do you mean?"
