so d news of them dating is true🥺

that's why we saw many pics of them from few days

mayb she wanted 2 come open about d relationship

but i don't like this guy, Surbhi needs some1 better & successful

I guess if both share the same picture, it means that they just want to show everyone that they are together. And plus, she writed "Happiness"

She talks a lot about wedding in her last interview and even in one KV teased with her mother in law.

If she want to make official, it means that may be there is wedding in the air and may suggest that may be QH will end, because I think they will get married after the show.

So sad 😭

All I said is only hypothesis , don't take me wrong

I too remember seeing this pic 😕 A video was also there where karan reveals Surbhi's boyfriend

Also the media said Surbhi aka Zoya dating Karan wahi... So don't knw which is true.

I think Surbhi & Zoravar Singh are good friends as of now , if they r gonna get married it's cool ...Wish SJ all the best

SJ should officially confirm it 😊 Then i believe until then no rumors
