I have this fear...

That Aahil and Sanam are going to realize they are in love and they will be separated because of Tanveer. Sanam: because T killed her parents, and Aahil: because Sanam is accusing his mother.

The feeling is strong in me, they will have an angsty separation, untili Aahil realizes his Ammi is the cause of all his childhood trauma...

It's a given possibility that this marriage will be consummated only after all secrets are out...
