Yes, he has for sure. There is alot of changes from starting till now.
I mean how he use to yell at Ishita and he said in starting that this wedding is only for Ruhi and we have no other rishta. But now if we see Raman is now accepting Ishu as his wife, he shares his problems with her and is possissive about her.He can't see anyone misbehaving with her and get jealous when she talks about some other guy. :$ So, Raman for sure is falling for Ishu. <3

I agree, I think their both falling in love but I don't think they'll confess until we go into the story line a little big more 😊
