Shekhar Ravjiani has sung quite a few songs as a playback singer (I think he sang a number of SOTY songs), but didn't know he had such a lovely voice till I heard him sing the Hanuman Chalisa (KJo tweeted Shekhar's version of it).
Vishal Dadlani has been a playback singer for a while now, and I love his song Khabar Nahin from Dostana.

Which music director's voice do you guys like?

A. R. Rehman. I always feel the way he sings a particular song, no one else can sing it. His singing style has a certain.. 'rawness' to it. (Don't know if that is the correct word though). When I listen to his song, I get the feeling that he sang his heart out, with his eyes closed, lost in the music, and okayed it in the first take itself to keep the raw passion the same.

My favourite song of his is Lukka Chuppi bahut huyi. The end part of the song is beyond excellent.

Vishal Dadlani - Jee Le Zara and Balam Pichkari.
Shekhar Ravjiani - Bin Tere reprise (sounded better than Shafqat's original)
Shankar Mahadevan - Mitwa.
A R Rehman - Maa Tujhe Salaam and Dil Se Re.
I don't know who it was from Nikhil-Vinay but one of those two hummed the guy's bit in Tum Bin Jeeya Jaaye Kaise, lovely voice! Definitely should've sang more.

Aside from the ones already mentioned, Amit Trivedi - there is something very natural about his singing.
