Edit-- on popular demand, i will add a happier alternative ending. Let my anger cool down and my first round of exams in 24th, and i will add it- only for those who want.
On visrom's request am posting this. But please dont ask me to finish because i wud like to end this way.
This is, am saddened and ashamed to say, my frustration and anger post against daya, FW, sony and daya again. My scene on this track.
I know how abhi feels because i was in this situation many times. Misunderstood and unable to understand what to do.
FW is Stupid to show a 17yr old friendship on the rocks repeatedly. I never respected or forgave daya after sr. insp. abhijeet episode. Very much a duo fan but still an avid abhijeet admirer.
When tarika saw abhijeet's tears, she became terribly upset. She decided to confront shreya. Dialing shreya's number, she waited till shreya picked up the phone.
Without waiting, tarika blasted at shreya- how dare you again and again come in between abhijeet and daya! You and your dad!
Shreya tried to respond but tarika cut her off and screamed a bit more and hung up.
Shreya was mystified. Dad? What did he do? Tarika must be out of her mind.
The next day, acp called abhijeet to his cabin. Abhijeet? You have applied for a transfer? Why?
Abhijeet sighed and told him that he didnt want to involve his personal matters here and even acp doesnt have to know.
Acp was sad and he wondered. Okay abhijeet. As per your wish. It will take some time. There is a vacancy, i hear, in delhi. I will make necessary arrangements.
Abhijeet requested- sir i want to leave very soon.
Later acp asked daya if all was well. Daya- sir abhijeet has backstabbed me.
Backstab you? Are you out of your mind, daya? Do you know whom you are talking about?
Daya brushed off, diverting the topic to an ongoing case.
Soon after the case was solved, acp informed abhijeet that his transfer was accepted. He was to join delhi cid next week as acp abhijeet. Abhijeet was surprised and quiey thanked him.
Acp smiled and congratulated him. Abhijeet requested him not to tell any of the team till he was gone.
Acp was shocked- but abhijeet you deserve a farewell party!
Abhijeet- no sir. That will make me sad. I just want to leave quietly.
That evening abhijeet called acp and tarika over for a quiet dinner. He requested acp not to brood over the reason for his leaving.
He was gone. His house was empty and locked. He changed his number and never informed anyone but acp and tarika. Starting a new life fresh, he took control as a new acp.
Meanwhile, freddy and others wondered where abhijeet was but were quiet with daya around. Daya continued brooding and shreya continued pouting and tarika continued fuming and salunkhe continued jabbing at abhijeet. At last acp informed everyone about the big news.
Even daya was shocked.
He ran to acp's cabin and asked- why sir why didnt you tell me? Why did you let him go?
Acp was already sad but told daya to be professional and not bother abhijeet.
Daya later visited abhijeet's house and let himself in. He looked around and was upset. You have not done right, abhijeet! But if you have gone thinking i will try to contact you, you are mistaken. I dont care anymore.
Meanwhile the pouting shreya overheard her father telling her mother about his and abhijeet's conversation. Shreya didnt understand and decided not to bother.
Eventually she got married and left cid. Daya continued brooding. And other officers continued solving cases.

Even if u murder me i wont! I dont want daya back in abhi's life. Enough is enough. Abhijeet had been hurt tooo much by all and since sr insp abhijeet eposode. Too much. Better if he leaves with dignity.
