Err surely he said Talaaq to her three times!! Thats that! Shes divorced and now the next step is for Aliyah to complete her iddat! Theres no chance of reconciliation now! If Zain said Talaaq once then yh but he said it three times! Aliyahs divorced! I wish the CVs would educate themselves before raising such sensitive issue! :|

Even if the words are repeated thrice it is counted as one talaq and the husband can call the wife back in 3 months time it is according to quran and sunnah

for once some one is actually showing a relatively more accurate procedure of talaq...although they did make things ambiguous by hi saying talaq thrice in one go...Islam has a three month process for the couple to reconcile but I dont think u r supposed to say talaq thrice each time/

U got it wrong way as I also taught this!!
Saying talaq word 3 times is consider 1st talaq...then husband n wife have 3 momths to reunite
If again after 3 months...zain says talaq 3 times...then to reunite aliya need to do halala
Means zain has to say 6 times talaq to completely break relationship!!
Abhi tak he said only 3 times talaq word...so 1 talaq huvi hai ab tak!!

I hope u got it!! :)

No it's three months and then talaaq
Saying it three times in one moment does not justify a ground for divorce
They are not officially divorced till the third month
