Hi guys.. This is just my intuition and experience with Balaji shows.. But I'm pretty sure two tracks are likely
1) Ashok framing Mihika.. Mihir misunderstanding and doubting Mihika.. Will dump her during wedding or some critical junction...Romi will then end up marrying Mihika somehow
2) This new VIP patient of Ishita will somehow get attracted to her and which will lead to creating tension between Ishita and Raman

Wait and watch !

Well.
Even if Mr Suraj Kumar likes Ishu.. Too bad because all he is getting is 'babaji ka thullu' 😆! And even if he likes her it doesn't mean Ishu will like him back! She loves Raman and Raman love her. However I do believe that suraj will try to hurt her but that will result in Ishra getting closer (just like in today's episode) - So I have no worries.

However the whole Mihika and Aashok thing really scares me. I think that Param will tell this update to Aashok and he will include Romi in his dirty plan!

Me too ..but point 2 I think there will be no problem between ishita and raman because Raman never doubt ishita's character ..so v will get possessive and protective Raman..

I think cv introduce new character Suraj becoz of him.They both dhakan understand each other quiet well so this time they both will realize their true feelings for eac other when suraj will try to take revenge from Mr & Mrs bhalla they both will unite together .Suraj track is going to realization track

but problem is Mihir Mihika n ashok track this will create rifts between mihir n mihika but also between ishra,if ashok ditch shagun than definitely she will come back to raman i do not want this
Romi will think that sarika is cheating him she is with param so may be in thend according to u he will marry mihika

i dont want suraj ishita track as it will be utter nonsense and quite usual thing happen in hindi serials .. so want something quite real ...and not the kasauti zindagi ki thing in YHM
