Ram Kapoor is fed up of being heavy

Ram admits that he can't control his eating even though he tries to eat low calorie food whenever he remembers. He says, "I don't get the time to make a regime for myself, so where is the question of actually following a diet or exercise plan. I want to go on a diet and maintain myself but I'm just not able to do it because of my shoot timings."

But he is now determined to turn over a new leaf and battle his bulge. "I desperately need to lose weight and I'm going to make the time to take care of myself. These days we all are aware of what is good to eat and what is not good for health."

Kapoor is not a big fan of the gym. So he plans to join a health club with a nutrition planner, cardiac analyzer and the latest exercise machines for a tailor made fitness plan. "In normal gym, you exercise and sweat and they call it losing weight. So many times you are not aware that these exercises also create health problems. That's why I prefer going to a health club."
