i dunno i haven't seen any on location vid yet...

just read WU of one where it said VIP patient will be rude wid Ishita and Raman will reply him back... i thought this whole VIP fuss just to add one more scene to show Raman's care and protectiveness towards Ishita...

but if sm1 made post on him being big bro then may be... can't say aaj nahi to kal pata chal hi jayega 😆
